I love stretch lab. I have use a few different Flexologists and they have all been great. I feel so much better after a stretch and unlike a massage it last for several days.

Holy hell!I just did my third session today. Caroline gave me the stretch of a lifetime. My first two sessions were with Taylor who was also great. I'm glad I found this place.

While this might seem like a great service, do not do it. To have one 50 minute session once a week, it is $269. The people that actually stretch you are only allowed to do so much even though they know more things that might be able to help you. I have had my membership suspended for a while now since this is so expensive. Per their contract, if you want to cancel you have to have your account unsuspended for one day and get charged $269 for the next month’s membership and then they will cancel your account. There is a reason why a person wants to cancel their membership. We all can’t afford to pay that much in a month. Also, you are pretty much obligated to use it once a week. If you are going out of two for work or vacation you have to fill out a form to tell them why you are going to be unable to use your once a week appointment.

Participated at their facility in Boise for a few weeks with minimal to unmeasurable improvement.When I tried to cancel in December I was told that my card already been charged for the next round and that I could not cancel yet.After Paying for an additional month to have the ability to cancel my account I continue to be charged without my approval and when trying to dispute the charge was told that I had no option but to pay or I’d be sent to collectionsThey are completely unwilling or in capable of admitting their mistakes and trying to fix any issues they create with their customers.I highly recommend nobody use their services
