Answered all my questions. I felt knowledgeable about the situation. I was given print outs so I would clearly understand. The facility is clean and neat. The Staff is knowledgeable, and able to work with my schedule. I felt I was in good, capable hands throughout the process. I would definitely recommend

I cannot stress enough how impossible it is for the services here to be improved upon. They are simply perfect at what they do!

Having just moved into the area, we found Edward-Elmhurst medical facilities and personnel to be excellent. The consideration, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff and doctors has been exceptional.

I have similar experience of Judy Jameson lie like Anchar Lisle. I am still fighting for this. I am very curious what the magic she use to fool her manager or any reasons they just stand for her? I see more people has the same experience like Anchar and me after I am digging into Judy Jameson. I will update how is my case going.

Our two kids had been attending Edward-Elmhurst Health & Fitness Center Seven Bridges' Children’s Aquatics programs for years. They both went from level 2 through levels 3, 4, 5a, 5b and reached Tsunami level. They have been attending Tsunami level together for a few sessions. All went well, they like their coaches and friends they made. Then they had a very traumatic experience when we signed them up for a session coached by Judy Jameson. Judy Jameson had different disciplinary rules for her session which my kids were not used to. But rather than clarifying her rules, she chose to embarrass and hostile escalate the situation with my kids. After my kids told me about the confrontation, I sent Judy Jameson an email asking for a in person discussion about what happened, Judy only agreed to talk over the phone and over the phone she offered a very different story. I believe she was lying. I filed a request on EEHealth's web site, the reason was to complain about Judy Jameson's behavior at Children’s Aquatics, however I never got a response. That's not a good practice when EE Health has a web site to request support and help, but ignores requests about complaints towards a manager/coach. This is especially troublesome when the program is Children’s Aquatics where parents are not allowed in the pool area during the class. In my opinion Judy Jameson is not suitable as a coach for Children. The way Judy interacts with students bothers me and then EE Health does not offer me a way to talk with a manager who oversees the program. When I can not reach a oversight manager for a Children’s Aquatics program, that itself concerns me. We decided to leave the program after years of going there, here I would like to share our experience with other parents who's sending their kids to the program or who's considering that.

There is something wrong with this place. Not sure why the machines and TVs in the Cardio area get shut down before. If they do not allow cardio before close, I would like to see some signs
