Sad to see this one get not cared for as much as it did before covid pandemic. Went to take a shower well the showers were so nasty! They either need to keep up the cleaning or get new people or something. There was globs of hair in every shower 🤢🤢🤢. I think there was dried blood on a curtain I’m not even sure it was red and dried looking. Towels everywhere and razors customers left everywhere. I don’t recommend showering here. Yes I did tell a manager about it

QUESTION: WHY I LIVE IN CREST HILL AND SPEND TIME DRIVING TO BURRIDGE OR OAKBROOK LOCATION?ANSWER: NOT NEEDED TO BE BEST GYM EVER BUT IF ITS CLEAN THATS MORE THAN ENOUGH..THINK ABOUT IT.. CLEAN! Not bloody tmpoons..

I’ve been a member since 2009, until recently I loved this gym. Now, interactions with the front desk are very transactional, not even a hello or how are you, the staff members only gossip to each other and pay no attention. The few times that I’ve tried to be corgual and say hello I get dirty looks, the new workers do not have the same courtesy as they once did, and aren’t pleasant at all. Since I’ve been here for so long I’ve kept giving chance after chance but it’s getting to the point of looking at other gyms.

I'm new at this gym and so far I like it, it very clean, very organized. The staff is super nice and attentive to your needs. I can ask any questions I want and they'll get answered.

I am really enjoying the (hot) yoga classes they offer with amazing instructors. The community of people there are supportive and encouraging wherever you are in your practice.

Locker rooms and steam room need upgrade.

Very clean, and a welcoming place to work out. There are a variety of classes that cater to every age group.
