I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve been training with Jake for the past few months and been seeing great results. He listens to my goals and goes above and beyond.Kids academy is great, staff is amazing and offer fun classes for the kids to try.I’ve never had a bad experience in the spa, everyone is very knowledgeable and takes their time with you.The aquatic instructors are incredible! Classes are only 2-3 kids so they can have better focus on each child.All in all this place is a second home to myself and my family.

I love Lifetime fitness! Specially my club (Romeoville)!! I lost my phone this morning and was going crazy! The managers came to help me find it🤦🏾♀️ Specially Jason! He literally dumped all the dirty towels to see if my phone was there. He wouldn’t even let me help him pick up the towels. He was concerned about my phone! I can’t thank LT enough for how cool and helpful the managers, trainers and the front desk are to their customers. The benefits and leadership displayed at the Romeoville IL location is worth joining Lifetime fitness!!

Cant recommend going to this gym, the locker room is so filthy and smells really bad, the floors are dirty, sticky and stinky.Nobody cleans up, the personal is so arrogant when I tried expressing my concerns,personal trainers don’t even greet me.I am on the verge of canceling my membership and I would recommend nobody to get a membership to this gym

I am writing to express my disappointment with the front desk staff, specifically Tammy. On Feb,1, Tammy shouted my name in the hallway and ran after me, which was extremely embarrassing. This is not the first time I have experienced Tammy's unprofessional behavior and attitude.As a member of your club, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. Tammy's actions are unacceptable and do not align with the standards of customer service that I expect from a fitness club. Hi Jason. Please change the club timings for the weekend to 12 Am at midnight like the weekdays. My friends want to join the club but instead they go to other 24/7 gyms because “lifetime is not 24/7” like it used to. But staying open till 12 Am on the weekends would really make a difference. Thanks

It is impossible to cancel a subscription. You must call them every month to cancel it. They will tell that the subscription was canceled and will charge you again next month.

They are trying to keep it clean and updated. Nowadays, I see it gets crowded more often, which is good overall but if you are waiting for a machine.I only wish they hand out a courtsey handbook with memberships 🤣 …
