The best health club in town with heated swimming pool, 2 huge basketball courts, 4 racketball courts, rock climbing, spa, Caffe, childcare center, 2 inside hot tubes, sauna, steam room. I love to go exercise here there are so many options to choose from yoga, cycling, weight training class, and many more the list goes on and if I get back pain I stop by to get treated by a very good chiropractor either before or after my exercise. It is a paradise!

I had a special request for the GM, JOHN DAHMAN, he was in his office in his shorts and when I asked to speak to him he did not even come to speak to us.BE CAREFUL OF WET FLOORS they sometimes do not leave the wet floor sign out when they are cleaning the floor i even told the lady and she said oh no its not wet it is damp

Customer service is terrible, having to argue with representatives as a customer is terribly inconvenient ,degrading and uncomfortably tedious. There is no need for me to have to hustle in order to get what I want done. Orangetheory training and XSport Fitness are more individual orientated with cheery friendly staff that put you in a good mood all of which this Life Time Currently Lack.

Great gym, tons of equipment and amenities. Friendly staff. My only complaint is against people there, not staff. People, if you use equipment, take 30 seconds to wipe it down when you're done, it's not that hard to do....

Can say the staff is not friendly. One lady who works the front desk is the only friendly person. When i take my daufhter to swim the lady engages a conversation w my daughter. Stood at the counter for a protein smoothie and both employees ignored me, i was there for 3 minutes. I was the only one standing there. I regret joining this place. Our swim instructor is friendly but other then that this place blows.

Everything is great, only problem is the free weights can get very crowded very quickly and people struggle with putting their equipment away when finished. I do not blame the club for people not putting things away. Other problem is group fitness training, they take over entire areas and do but clean up after themselves. Still the best gym I've been with!

Good gym and child care really excellent. Gym can get crowded during peak times but that's normal. Never had a problem dropping our kids getting into care while I workout. Parents night out is always a hit. Our kids really enjoy the summer program although it is expensive.

Facility was amazing and well kept along with all the equipment. The staff was also very friendly and made sure your time there was more than up to par. Employee Steven was very helpful and gave a great introduction to the Gym. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I loved the Romeoville location until they fired my favorite dance instructor because he showed interest in wanting to expand his business. He was personally responsible for bringing in over 30 accounts from LA Fitness which only cost $1/day!!!

Not very happy with this club. It has become dirty especially in the bathrooms, lockers are busted up, and equipment is aging. With the consistent annual increases in membership fee you think some of these things could be taken care of. Part of this is because some of members do not take care of the gym. Regardless, this needs to be enforced but it is not. Also, there is a problem with overcrowding. For example, day camp has taken over half the gym during peak hours and limits basketball to half the gym when it is packed. Swimming lanes are taken up by people who wade and the staff does nothing about this. Lifting area is taken over by group fitness. In a nut shell, your standard membership allows you to use the gym but extra services takes priority. To cap things off, I recently found out that there is a fee every time you want to change your membership type. I've been a member for 11 years and expected to have seen improvements throughout the years but quite the opposite has occurred. It is possibly the issue is specific to this location because when you are at the Warrenville location, it is a entirely different facility. However, they still charge ridiculous fees, have unrealistic cancellation polices and the membership dues are 2x more than other gyms.
