Great big gym with all the necessary amenities. It’s on the high end with regards to the price, but you get what you pay for. Lovely staff.

I was lucky enough to have Chris Ferguson help me with my enrollment and he also took me a very detailed tour of the facilities. I was so impressed with everything I can't wait to get going. Thanks Chris for making it so easy.

Elizabeth that works the front desk is outstanding. Always has a smile works hard and is very knowledgeable. Very hard to find employees like this nowadays.

Went as a guest wirh my kids...awesome outdoor pool, not crowded, it would've been perfect if the slides were operating, fun time regardless!

The customer service at this club is outstanding. The manager, Tammy, went above and beyond and the staff really makes you feel appreciated while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

I have been member for long time. I love this club, very clean, lots of classes, personal is very friendly. I had problem with my account and Doreen was very kind and helped me to resolve it. Thank you again for your help Doreen. Highly recommend this club.

Over the top expensive now. They now charge $50.00 per person to even go to the pool, plus you have to pay for minors to even step into the gym, despite the fact the child won't be using the kid club or use any fitness equipment. We've been members of this club since it opened and have supported it even when not able to use it due to things being closed down. I guess they are trying to now make up for what they couldn't collect.

"Don't Let Anyone Steal Your Joy..." (author unknown). I renewed my membership October 2021 and have been attending aqua Aerobics classes. Amy & Aleksandra are THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Their energy, support and witty personalities help move our classes & fosters a positive team experience with the entire class.My Joy was disturbed during my session in Amy's 7/9 class by Helena, the Senior Aquatics Leader. It was not a pleasant experience & I want to share it publicly.We had a full class in the outdoor pool area. I was in the 2nd lane from the main pool area along with another another female participant. The other lanes were occupied by members that WERE NOT ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN OUR AQUA AEROBICS CLASS (that's an important fact to remember for this update).We occupied the 2nd lane for approximately 40 minutes into the class when 2 male members stood at both ends of our lane strecthing in preparation to start swimming. It appeared that one of the guys went to Helena's office. Helena then came out of her office and spoke with Amy and soon after Amy approached us & asked us to move to the 1st lane where there were at least 6 members already stationed in that lane. I am 5'10 and normally work out in the 5" end of the pool which was already occupied in the 1st lane Again, we were approximately 40 minutes into the class and were slated to start our cool down before the class ended. We complied & moved however, I did not feel Helena's actions were fair because again we had occupied that lane for at least 40 minutes and the class was ending soon. I decided to leave the class because I was not able to quickly shake off the unfair scenario that just happened and I didn't want my negative spirit to transfer to my other classmates because up until that point we were having a GREAT class.In my opinion the corrective action Helena should have taken would have been to inform the male member that he could: (a) swim in one of the 6+ OPEN AVAILABLE INDOOR LANES or(b) wait for the aqua aerobics class to end & then enter the lane.Several of my classmates also expressed their frustration with Helena's actions and said they would lodge a complaint because she did the same thing the week previous with 2 male classmates.I spoke with the staff at the front desk and learned that several classmates had lodge compliants against Helena. I also learned that Helena said that our class had occupied ALL the swim lanes. I told the staff that was not a true statement. The other lanes were NOT OCCUPIED by aqua aerobics members and one could CLEARLY see that those members were swimmers doing laps NOT doing aqua aerobics.I asked what the rules were for lanes and learned that at least 1 lane must remaIn open for members that are NOT participating in aqua class. I then asked what does a memeber do when all lanes are occupied with lap swimmers and aqua class members?And the staffed confirmed my earlier options I said Helena should have followed. My membership grants me to the same privileges as others and I expect to be treated fairly with respect & kindness both of which Helena did not do Saturday July 9, 2022.I got my joy back & joined Aleksandra's Sunday class. My classmates were very encouraging and offered their feedback regarding Saturday's class. Some even said no one got in that lane after I left (🧐). We had an AWESOME session as we always do.Thank you Amy & Aleksandra for your ongoing encouragement & support!!

I can’t give this club 5 stars since they chargin decent amount but can’t compete with other Life Time clubs because of poor WiFi connection. Everytime I’m trying to use WiFi it’s either loading very slow or doesn’t load at all (specially when it’s crowded). We live in a 21st century and having a bad WiFi connection for such a brand I would say is disrespectful. Other then that - great club to either workout or chill at the SPA. Been using for more then 3 years.

I love the Life Time company overall - the structure is consistency, clean, and of quality. This location is the main one I visit and I play basketball the majority of the time.The courts could be much better though - I’d even come in at night to polish them for free w/o pay 😂💯 just for my own enjoyment of finally having truly great grip.Overall, this location is 5 star in my opinion, nothing’s perfect but reviews like this are OPPORTUNITIES to consider for improvement.
