Great facility. Today was the first day of the outdoor pool being open and the weather cooperated beautifully. I also utilize a personal trainer there too.

Its very clean. Mask are being more enforced now then they use to be. Makes it more comforting to work out.update: heard they stopped enforcing mask as covid cases drop

What a rrip-off. I asked for a verry berry smothie, and it's more like a slusshy, 90% ice and barely any fruit, just enough for color. Their portions have been cut down tremendously. My daughter ordered pizza from kids menu, and before it used to cover the plate, now it was a barely half size dried up burned nothing. Overpriced beyond reason

I spoke with Doreen Holic about canceling my Membership over there mask policy. I found a gym that doesn’t require a Face mask to use their facility. I told her flat out I already joined the other Facility and she persistently Engaging whatever sales tactic she could. She took it so far to say that The higher up’s are making a decision about there mask policy this Saturday about being required to ware a mask. 2-13-2021...... called back today an spoke with a gentleman that told there was no such Decisions being made....

I feel that the staff are exceptional... are polite, friendly and work hard to keep the club clean, especially during this pandemic period however if patrons are going to roam the hallways of the facility without masks on which I experience frequently, all the cleaning in the world is not going to do any good. ALSO.. patrons who don’t swim laps are allowed to vigorously work out in the lap lanes even on non class days huffing & puffing with weights that even extends over to the leisure pool lap area, thus jeopardizing the health of all patrons who wish to swim laps in both pools!! This should be immediately discouraged. Any activity that promotes heavy breathing an exertion especially in swim lap lanes in close proximity should NOT be allowed period.

Horrible 30-day notice policy. Guest services team unaccommodating regardless of situation- corporate office was not any better. There are plenty of clubs in Naperville area go elsewhere.

Andrew at the lifetime cafeteria is the most friendliest coolest dude working in there he makes sure to do his best on your food or drink and he also keeps a smile on his face no matter what. He definitely deserves a promotion.
