This is one of the worst planet fitness location that you can find. Do not join this membership horrible customer service, nobody understands the policy, managers don’t call back. That system manager excuse is we have so many members we don’t have time to return anybody’s call. We are short staffed.

Beware of locker room theft. Had my lock picked, lock taken along with $80 cash. Lesson - move all the tumblers not just one of them. Three of us were hit by theft in 30 minutes. Disappointed management never contacted me after the desk forwarded my contact info

Very clean. Nice staff. Never too crowded in the morning and great rate on membership. All the equipment you’ll need, plenty of machines, and 30 min circuit is actually a decent workout.

Rude customer service. My spouse and kids are frequent members. My spouse signed me up online Sunday morning and I was excited to go workout right away. The woman at front desk couldn’t find my new membership in the system. I was convincing her that we just paid online that I must be in the system. I also showed her my membership confirmation on my phone email. She was asking me for a contract page. It was beyond ridiculous!On top of that they know my family members who are coming there on a daily basis and can bring guests any time with them. She was arguing with me that I need to go home and get my Spose so I can walk in with him as a guest. I didn’t feel like driving all the way home and back and my Sunday morning work out mood was ruined by their customer service not being understanding and flexible and also not knowing how to find me in the system. I turned around and grabbed my drink and jacket to get out of there. The representative started yelling my name to come back as she was able to find me. She had to search me under name instead of a phone number and it was ridiculous excuse, for somebody who works at the front desk for a while. She was a stubborn person that wanted to prove she’s right.

It's very close to my place. The equipment is state of art, staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant.
