Manager here is racist and rude. She harassed me from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. I did end up cancelling at the front desk and she hovered over the employee cancelling my membership to continue to antagonize me. If you look at other reviews they will confirm.

Pros:- Nice place- Free combination lockers- Clean- Whole-body red light therapy- Stretching BarCons:- No personal trainer- No lay-down massaging tables (just ones that are permanently reclined, which doesn't help me much)- The front desk staff isn't as welcoming or friendly as the Woodridge location.- NOT open 24/7

This staff is excellent at this gym. The gym offers a wide range of equipment, and when needed, equipment is repaired quickly. My only criticism of the gym is the 24/7 racist, misogynistic hate speech spewing from Fox "News". Fox News admitted to lying about the 2020 election! Fox is propaganda, not news. If the gym wants to force users to watch this right-wing garbage, then they should balance it with the left-wing channel MSNBC.

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the condition the equipment is in. I have worked out at higher priced gyms that I assume would give me a better experience, however I was wrong. This Planet Fitness location is the best gym I have worked out at. The way of the layout and space makes a very nice environment to keep you motivated. I highly recommend trying out this location before committing to a more expensive gym.

If you use the tanning machines set your own timer on your phone. The staff doesn't know the difference between 5 and 10 and you will get fried.

Many people just had their locks picked and their cash stolen here, including myself. I heard this has happened many times..staff says they can do nothing. Cops couldn’t do nothing. I will be reporting this location to corporate and if you got your stuff stolen here, I urge you to do the same. There must be something that can be done. In the mean time, I am done coming here.Morning staff is great though. They keep the place nice and clean, and also are friendly. But management/ owner needs to make the place safe n secured for ppl to enjoy their workout.
