Would recommend stopping at this Planet FitnessHave been at different locations and this one is really nice. The staff is professional and helpful. I like the different styles of equipment they offer.

No communication letting members know about it closing at 10p.m tonight. I am a new member and this was never brought to my attention online in any way. The location in Bolingbrook is said to be fully staffed 24/7. This ruined my plans.

Left this club after a year. Always had to deal with people in the express circuit workout room who hogged the machines, didn't follow the room guidelines, and made it impossible to complete the circuit without issue. Complained a few times, gym employees never did anything - it was clear they weren't trained to deal with gym member conflicts or people not following gym rules. It was this way more often than not when I came to workout. I finally asked to speak to the manager, who I was told had just left... I asked that he call me the following day to discuss the situation, but I never received a call. That's when I quit the club.

I have never written a review online and I’m not the type of person to do that because I usually don’t care, but I feel extremely violated after walking into this location. I usually workout at the woodridge location but I was in the Bolingbrook area running errands so I figured I would come to this location today since I have the black card but I walked right in and walked out not even a minute later. id recommend some new staff members because the ones y’all have now are rude and not welcoming and just straight up impolite. i was told to leave by the front desk guy who was extremely ill mannered. I’ll keep going to the Woodbridge location, no wonder why the crowd meter of this Woodbridge location is always low😂 anyways I highly recommend the Woodbridge planet fitness everyone is so welcoming and nice and has good vibes there.

Everything was amazing until u got to the cold shower. But when someone flushed the toilet water got nice n hot for 5 seconds. This is the second establishment with that issue so far
