Will be contacting corporate for this location. My guest and I were harassed last night by two employees!! Ms. Raay and another male employee. Literally chased out the door and also got followed into the dressing room. I Was there for maybe 5 minutes. It was our first time there and we didn't know how to use the tanning beds... Instead of coming to help us and educate us they decided to threaten me and remove my membership? Luckily i caught the whole encounter on video. I also had to make a police report from the entire incident.

I like the gym but they charged me $60 to leave. Kind of a rip off considering it’s planet fitness

Not 24hrs . Tried to go this morning at3amOnly time I have is before workNobody there doors locked no notesTime to cancel. Been paying the whole time hoping 24hrs would return but no luck

My wife & I were here since 6:45 to wait for the gym to open at 7 am Saturday morning & no one shows up on time, there’s another 9 cars on the parking lot waiting for the employees but it seems there’s not work ethnics at this gym, shame on them!!

The staff here is not professional, they are extremely rude. I walked into this facility having a late charge on my account due to a credit card not going through. They treated me like trash and wouldn’t let me work out but gave no options to pay the late charge. Terrible location. Will not go back.

There's a sign right at the front desk stating that masks are required for everyone after August 30th. But when I was there, about 90% of the people were maskless. Stop being part of the problem and enforce the dang rule.

Bathrooms are not clean but let’s talk about time schedule for some one that works from 8-6 everyday you need to fix your times and stay up later and open earlier.. are you a gym or a lazy center?

I visited the gym yesterday morning and this morning with my friend and I must say the is all ways clean the guy that's always there make sure that's it is clean we call him superman he is the only one we see he is very well Mannered my friend says he there before 5am he let's everyone in not like before we had to wait until 5am now if can get the weekend people to do the same then we'll be happy
