Female Staff seems distracted half the time and continuously talking on their phones. They never say “hello” when walking in or “have a good day” when leaving. Very, very poor customer service.

First time here. The staff is incredibly kind. They really do practice what they preach…a judgement free place to work out. I am a life long LA fitness member and definitely recognized the difference…this place is definitely superior.

This is awful. I have heart failure and got Covid January 3rd. I called this site and told the person I needed to cancel my membership. He said, verbatim, "consider it cancelled!", after I gave him my info. I was very sick, as was all of my family. Given my poor heart condition, I also developed long Covid. This week, I get a call that I owe $280+. The collections people were VERY rude and told me I had to come in, in person to cancel, or send a registered letter. SO...there was no way I could do either, given my sickness. So, those signs that say no contracts are A LIE!!!! If I cannot come in or get to a post office, I HAVE A CONTRACT THAT I CANNOT GET OUT OF.....the regional manager said they cannot help me. THIS IS AWFUL AND UNETHICAL. HOW CAN YOU ADVERTISE NO CONTRACT BUT THEN PUT ME IN AN IMPOSSIBLE SITUATION THAT BINDS ME TO A CONTRACT UNLESS I FOLLOW A CERTAIN PROTOCOL....A PROTOCOL THAT MY PHYSICAL ILLNESS DID NOT ALLOW ME TO FOLLOW....

I have never written a review online and I’m not the type of person to do that because I usually don’t care, but I feel extremely violated after walking into this location. I usually workout at the Weber location but I was in the Woodbridge area running errands so I figured I would come to this location today since I have the black card but I walked right in and walked out not even a minute later. id recommend some new staff members because the ones y’all have now are rude and not welcoming and just straight up impolite. i was told to leave by the front desk guy who was extremely ill mannered. I’ll keep going to my Weber location, no wonder why the crowd meter of this Woodbridge location is always low😂 anyways I highly recommend the Bolingbrook planet fitness everyone is so welcoming and nice and has good vibes there.

Desk guy was very rude. And insulting do not make this your gym they only care about taking your money. Plus the place is dirty. With all the monthly membership they get one would think they would take better care of it.

7-25-22, I also filed a compliant online with PF today too! I was interrupted by staff member at (Woodridge, IL location) after only working out 20min into it while walking on treadmill after work I went to get a mini workout inl! I have my medical asthma bag ALWAYS with me while I work out, he demanded that I remove it off their equipment or told I'd have to leave! I was Highly insulted by his words and shocked too! He was condescending with voicing his authority to remove or leave the premises. He said you have 2 options put it in the locker or leave it in your car! Mind you he had no care about my medical matter with his options! I informed him I’ve never had any issues in ALL the yrs of working out at PF about this & today I was humiliated, harassed and rudely interrupted in my workout! This Woodridge location I've already had 3 different encounters with their management and staff with tremendous poor and lack of care and interest to within their customer service! These staff members and current managers run the show and have no consequences how they treat their customers! With this now being the 3rd issue Ive experienced I now feel the need to report this Woodridge location! I felt so violated with the rudeness! This location and this guy’s lack of customer service needs to be address! He was vocal get it off or leave! I wasn’t able to get my workout in! I took pictures,told him Im going to report him for forcing me to leave! He stated he didn’t care,go ahead! I pay to workout at PF! He completely disrupted my workout! RUDE, very poor & lack of customer service!! Very uncalled for! This Woodridge location really has horrible customer service with their manager and staff team! Im VERY UPSET and was very disrespected! fyi.. For years I belonged to the PF on Harlem & Foster and they are Truly Quality Customer Service Awesome!! Total night and day with this horrible nightmare Woodridge location!! I moved in the burbs and this is what I get! My old PF Harlem & Foster can SCHOOL this horrible location BIG time with teaching them how to provide QUALITY! Excellence! Care and how to treat Customers right! OMG!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. The tanning rooms are NOT CLEANED and they also DO NOT TELL PATRONS TO CLEAN! So who is cleaning the beds? NOBODY! I left my info for the owner and manager and never got a call back.Next time I came in I mentioned this, mentioned that it is a health code violation and they need to clean OR put up a sign for patrons to clean.. I was met by the manager complaining about their own employees, they put up a sign, and it was removed 2 days later. Calling the local health inspector.Once I walked into the room and found a literal toenail accompanied by a greasy, sweaty bed and buttons. I wonder how many diseases I came in contact with on accident?

This location is always understaffed. I pay extra to use the massages beds and most of the time there’s not an employee in site. Today a customer was standing at the desk and called a number. I heard it ring once then two employees came out of a room. I would understand if it was just one employee on break but two employees in the back room just sounds like lazy employees. Bolingbrook location is better in my opinion with a nicer staff.

Visited this location for the first time yesterday since my local PF closed early. The African American gentleman was extremely inconsistent and unprofessional. I didn’t get his name since he didn’t have a name tag on and was too frustrated to continue speaking with him. I wanted to bring my friend who always comes with me and the young man at the register was showing us attitude while he was on a personal call on his phone…. I’ve heard negative remarks about this location but disregarded it but it came to be true last night.. unbelievable

Got robbed at this location along other members who were in the gym that night (beginning of August). There was a police report as well. Was told to contact Roderick Moore via email who did nothing to help me out. I don’t understand how this place still operates after all the reviews I’m reading. Oh, and, the employees are nonstop with their cellphones and do nothing. The lockers, BESIDES BEING ROBBED, are also very dirty. Disgusting place
