Lots of equipment, pretty nice gym with low membership fees.

Almost always see staff cleaning and they’re very friendly! Happy to see all patrons abiding by mask rules

Great gym , very clean with plenty of space between machines . Nothing cluttered too close like at other gyms. Cleanliness is top notch and vibe is good

They target casual people, so the maximum weights on a lot of the machines are depressingly small. Other than that, it's excellent: clean, lots of machines, friendly staff, low fees.

I’m disappointed in this gym. I ask the guy who works here can I use the Hydromassage bed he in 30 mins. So I work out on the machine and this been 30 mins. So I went back to talk the guy to use the hydromassage bed. The guy said “ oh he still there”, and he still talking the people 30 mins talking to them. Also I look one girl the employee who is working she on her phone.

Clean place. Hours not good (home town smaller, open 24/7) . Lucky only in town 3 days. WiFI terrible here also, just in case your on bike for a little and want to get caught up on work emails, good luck.

I was sign up by one of the Staff in Planet Fitness in Woodridge, his name is Monte. He told me I could use the gym for free for 3 months (July-Oct 2020) because they are having a promotion. Then, the manager stopped me. He told me I am just a prospect I couldn't use the gym everyday. Okay, I understand that.However, In the first place, if Monte did not tell me I am free for 3 months I will not be in an embarassing situation. And the manager told me, could you sign up online. I said I will, could I pay there? He said, yes but no cash. What does he think???, that I have no credit cards???NO JUDGEMENT! as the company slogan . I don't think so!!! I feel so embarassed from what happened. And the Manager is not really helpful at all!!! Never coming back.

I was a bit uneasy at first going to a public gym. However upon arrival I noticed how a large variety of fitness levels amongst the other members which eased my doubts at first. The staff was very professional and courteous, the equipment is very well maintained, only one of the several machines were down. There are large TV's placed in front of the treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles and other cardio based machines with controls and headphone jacks built into the machines. The weight department consist of both fixed and free weights. This is not a gym for body building or loud and enthusiastic lifters. This is a non judgemental place which encourage making everyone feel comfortable in getting healthy. The locker rooms/restrooms/showers are impeccable. I look forward to returning and continuing my fitness journey here along with my family.

Decent place, high turn over rate on staff. Customers are the worst, staff does their best.

If I could rate the staff and cleanliness of the gym separately I’d give them a 5 out of 5. What I dislike about the gym that I hadn’t really paid attention to is the discrimination they show at planet fitness. When I say discrimination I’m referring to the different types of people that come into the gym. I understand not wanting the grunting in the gym I agree with that’s. When you have rules as to what I can drink out of and wear that’s an issue. I don’t drink from a water gallon and I don’t wear bodysuits so this doesn’t affect me but then again it does. I think it’s unfair to to look down upon someone that does. How is that intimidating? It shows the hard word they one puts into their fitness. If I spend my money at your location then I want to know that I’m going to be treated fairly. With that being said I had been coming as a guest but was going to sign up but not anymore. I’ll continue going to XSport for free and I’ll look for a second gym to spend my money. You see I’m a personal trainer and like to leave work at work. When I go to the gym I want to workout and not be bothered by people. I’m sure there are plenty of gyms that treat all members more fairly. Staff great!! Gym Clean!! Rules not fair and I find to be a bit discriminatory towards bodybuilders!!
