Attended a class here as a beginner and they were very welcoming. The lesson went a little over my head, but was encouraged to learn anyway

This was where I started out on my bjj experience. Extremely good fundamentals. Tough as nails competition. This place will teach you how to scrap.

I had the pleasure of dropping in while visiting Boston. Quality and to the point instruction with high level technique and skilled training partners. Good rounds, thank you for having me!

Dropped in for Friday open mat. Awesome rolls and great atmosphere. Dima at the front desk couldn’t of been nicer. Chris is a beast on the mat. Can’t wait to come back again.

I've been training for over 10 years. JC allowed me to drop into a class while I was traveling. The instruction and culture are top notch. I would highly recommend this academy.

I dropped in from out of town for a couple classes. They were a great bunch. Good variety of skill levels in the gym. We drilled some awesome techniques then got into some sparring. For sparring you were paired up with people your size with a different skill level. I personally love that setup. (Keep in mind this structure could change this is just how it was when I was there)Overall everyone was super nice and they had great instruction. Check it out!

I had some health issues that prohibited me from continuing to practice martial arts - their contract states that, with a doctor's note, you can terminate your contract. They declined to abide by their contract and continued to charge me for months despite my numerous attempts to resolve.I attended judo (positive experience), wrestling (excellent experience), and jiu jitsu (positive experience). I would have liked to continue attending if I did not have an injury. The dishonorable practices are antithetical to what martial arts teach and it's a real shame this place engages in shady practices like this. Can't give anything higher than 2 stars for that alone.

Awesome gym. I trained here for years. This is a great place to learn jiu jitsu fundamentals from a great group of coaches. Best gym in Boston hands down.

An absolutely amazing place to train during my visit to Boston on so many levels: top-notch morning instructor (patient, clear, motivated, welcoming, knowledgeable, and creative), perfect location (safe, right off the T, good post-training nutrition options nearby), excellent facility (clean, wide mat spaces, conveniently spaced wall/pillar padding, pumping sound system, spacious locker rooms), welcoming students (each and every person I rolled/drilled with was safe and thoughtful), diverse offerings (BJJ, Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, MMA; they really have it all). I did the 7am BJJ Gi Fundamentals, because I'm newer, and I would note that you should bring flip flops and a lock if you have anything you wish to secure (I didn't and really had no worries whatsoever). I'm quite grateful for the experience and definitely look forward to the next time I visit Boston. And if I lived here, I would definitely sign up.
