Tanning booths almost always icky/sticky dirty. Almost always have burnt out bulbs. Timers inconsistent, turn off too soon. Mention to staff falls on totally deaf ears with no improvement. Just habit l guess as usually can get in & out just for that fairly easily. Have been told by other members who tried to end contract not worth trying to stop membership. Still a bit cheaper/affordable than other tan 'studios' around. Have intended to use pool, but condition of tan units puts me on alert. Staff barely interested in anything other than a hearty hello & sales, sales, sales. Been coming here over 3.5 yrs. Have gone to other locations, this one better than one location, come here for somewhat convenient.

A great gym for the price. It has all the amenities of a larger gym without the price tag. I rarely have issues with equipment being busy. I'll go there on off days just to enjoy the steam room and massage chairs. Bring your own towel and locks for locker use.

Was so nervous to join a gym. Worried about body shaming or being looked at like I wasn't in shape enough to be here. It has totally NOT been that here at Chuze. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted by staff and even sometimes by the members too. The members are also very helpful, if you seem confused by a machine they will help you. The smoothie bar is the best and Rafeek and Justin even remember my order and make it perfect every time.The pool needs to be heated better. It is freezing. Sauna, hot tub, tanning booths, and the Hydro Massage chairs are the best. I love this gym.

Always HOT.This gym is very busy because it's awesome. It's got a ton of equipment, it's clean and has super awesome amenities. The problem is the busier it gets the hotter it gets. Dead lifting in 70+ is not ideal.

Gym set up is great staff is friendly. The low rating is because the locker room is always filthy every time I work out here. The other locations I frequent have much cleaner locker rooms.this location does have the hottest sauna.

Nice amenities and up-to-date. The pricepoint is impossible to beat. However, at the price, that also means the gym is very crowded. I'd recommend using this gym if you're planning to go during off-normal hours. If you plan to go between 3 and 8 PM, I might consider going elsewhere. I've been going here for a few months and have yet to leave without being at least a little frustrated about having to wait around for machines to open up.That being said, you're not likely to find better prices for as good equipment and amenities as this.

Facility is great and the front desk staff is good. However I highly recommend if you sign up get the "More" membership. The team training makes it 100% worth it. Rebecca and Jesse are two of the most outstanding coaches. Rebecca is the best at keeping you motivated while throwing in a tips and tricks to do better. Jesse is fantastic at pushing you to that next weight level helping you reach your goal. He is also the best at helping you with proper form for the workouts. Try out their classes and you won't regret it.Also I have seen several people complain about there being too many kids in the gym. I can almost guarantee you won't see any kids in Team Training. They can't afford the membership and I doubt very many parents will pay for it. So you get to work out with the best group of people and the equipment you need is always available.

I've been going to Chuze for almost a year now, almost exclusively using the pool. I have been impressed with the value for the money and the friendliness of the staff. The facility is also generally pretty clean and smells fresh. I'm a very happy customer!

Love this place been member since it opened. Recently you removed the soap dispensers in the showers. No big deal I got my own soap. Though you maybe will consider putting in a small soap shelf. There is nowhere else to set it other than the floor.

I’ve been going to this location for a few months now. I have no complaints about cleanliness (I just use the mill, machines, and floor/grass area). As expected, it’s busy in the late afternoon/early evening but that’s pretty standard at any bigger gym. My only issue is the grass area isn’t bigger. Even when the rest of the gym isn’t that busy, there just isn’t enough room to do core and body weight exercises and be conscious about other people’s space.
