I have been going to CrossFit Sanitas for the past 6 months. All the coaches are great at what they do.The WODs are well-designed and their individual attention towards every member in group classes helps a lot with learning new movements and improving on basic ones.Crossfit has become a new health staple for me and will be a part of my life for a long time. Thanks to all the fun workouts and people I've met here.

ExpensiveCoaches can mindlessly say and do things that make one feel bad about oneself at times. Nickel and dime approach and psychopathy.

Clientele is disrespectful of wearing masks and 6ft rule when running past others. And they're still doing it; What is wrong with management and these people?Edit: I didn't say it was unlawful. I said it was disrespectful - which I still maintain it is: having 10 people run past me within 6 feet, without them even trying to distance themselves and without wearing masks is wrong. You need to set a better example. Or better yet, stay inside.

The City of Boulder is very lucky to have this facility at there disposal. An amazing gym, pristine equipment, extra features of the gym make the hospitality top notch. We are very glad to have the chance to come and maintain their equipment for all!

I moved to Boulder in 2017 & immediately began looking for a new gym. CrossFit Roots was the bigger name, so I started there. There are plenty of nice people over there, they have great coaches, etc. Nothing bad to say about them at all (well, except that they were following crossfit.com programming at the time, which I wasn't a fan of). But...It just didn't feel like home. I came from a super tight-knit group that can only be described as a family, so I was looking for something special. When I walked into CrossFit Sanitas, I found it.I was immediately welcomed at the front door with smiles. The coaches started introducing me to people. Basically, I was treated just like one of them on my very first day there. That feeling of inclusion is hard to come by, and it's a huge reason why I chose CrossFit Sanitas as my new gym.I recently moved to Longmont and that's the only reason I'm no longer a member. If I was still close by, I'd still be there. But I had an amazing 3.5 years. The coaches were always fantastic. Some have left; some new ones have arrived; and the coaching is still top-notch. They still amaze me with the creative scaling solutions they come up with. The same thing can be said for the programming. It's gone through several iterations, but it's always been intentional, and of course, constantly varied & highly intense. The warmups are dialed in. We used dumbbells frequently. Lots of single arm/leg work. Time for gymnastics skill work. Barbell cycling, obviously. It's the most thoughtful, all-around fitness programming I've seen anywhere.Sanitas also offers a variety of class options. Classic in-gym CrossFit workouts, outdoor WODs at nearby parks, a gymnastics class, a competitors class, track workouts a few days a week in the summer... and you can even work with a specific coach on individualized programming. And of course, the members are fantastic. I've met some amazing folks, some of whom I spend lots of time with outside the gym, and some I only see when I'm there (but we have a blast for that hour). It's an incredibly friendly place, and the energy is always upbeat & positive 🙂.

Crossfit Sanitas is so well run! I have been really impressed by the professionalism of their staff and the individual attention they give each member. Their facility is extremely well-maintained and all the little touches they put into their business make a huge difference for the customer. I also appreciate that their classes incorporate lots of programming for skill building!

CrossFit Sanitas is incredible! Speaking as a CrossFit/gym amateur, what I love best about CrossFit Sanitas are the coaches, and the lack of pressure from members (which is huge). The coaches are always giving me advice on my technique, and members are always encouraging me no matter if I’m lifting 10lbs or 100lbs.I was very hesitant joining a gym because I had no idea what I was doing and didn’t want to look silly. On my very first visit, CrossFit Sanitas made me feel comfortable.A+ job all around
