One of the more friendly crowds as far as gym goers go. If I lived closer I'd have a membership.

Great place, with a wide array of equipment and excellent staff. Will definitely go back when in the area, it was perfect for me as I travel for work and needed 1 month, no contract, and no bs. Thanks guys, see ya next time.

I love Mountains Edge Fitness! The location is nice with no traffic in the area, so getting an early morning workout before work has been perfect. BUT what I love most is the staff and other members. I’ve never had any issues with other members such as waiting on equipment, etc. The staff is also very very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!

I started coming to Mountains Edge fitness instead of my gym in Denver to wait out the traffic before commuting home. The gym has all of the machines that you could need, and far more than my Denver gym. All of the other customers are polite; I never have the issues with machines and sharing like I have at other gyms. Moreover, the staff is absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and enthusiastic. I cannot recommend Mountains Edge Fitness enough!

I've been a member for years & love the friendly staff & availability of awesome (& very knowledgeable) personal trainers. They're open at 5:30am, which is a perfect way to start the day.

MEF is, simply put, the most welcoming gym I have ever been to. The staff and trainers are always polite, helpful, and personable. Been going here for over a year and I can't recommend it enough!

Tim made us feel right at home. I called at about 8:30AM and said we were from out of town, looking to get a day pass. We showed up at 10:30 and were greeted at the door by Tim as he says “YOU MADE IT!” He gave us the tour and let us get to work. This gym is in the bottom of a hotel, and the most unique thing you’ve ever seen. It’s complete with everything you need. Affordable rates and unparalleled customer service. Thanks Tim!

It is nothing fancy as a gym, but it is really cheap and it has the necessities for getting a workout. That said, I'd recommend it almost exclusively for the fact it gives you access to a taekwondo class run by a phenomenal instructor and an amazing community. My husband and I signed up for the membership so we could join the TKD sessions and it was worth every penny. Normally tkd instructors charge for the honor of joining their classes. The man who runs these classes does it entirely for free and he is incredibly passionate about it. It has been a great honor to know him.

I stopped at this gym when I was in boulder overnight. First time in the city. Gym has a funky vibe (it’s in what appears to be an old bar and restaurant attached to a hotel) which was interesting. Tim at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The gym had everything I needed to do a full body strength training day. Will definitely go back again the next time I’m in boulder.
