This place is a hidden gem. Staff is really friendly. Gym has some grit and character to it. Definitely has everything you need when it comes to equipment. I had a phenomenal workout. If you're in the area, see it for yourself.

Friendly staff and a nice workout environment. It's never too crowded at this gym, the staff are nice, the atmosphere is not judgmental or pushy like 24 hour fitness. Additionally the Taekwondo class is amazing and included in the membership, along with other select classes. I would recommend this gym.

This place is wonderful! The staff are very friendly and the people who work out there are not rude and actually put equipment away. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great atmosphere and good music most of the time... Very friendly staff and awesome equipment. Very reasonable prices too, and it's right next to the bike path.

Fantastic fitness club. The classes are FUN and a terrific workout (and work-in!). The instructors are incredibly qualified and knowledgable -- cycling, kundalini yoga, essentrics, pilates, yoga, weights, balls, foam rollers, zumba, and yes, BumpNGrind. Gym is mellow and has all you need in equipment and trainers. Staff is super friendly. Best part of my day!!

This is a humble gym that does not boast nor brag. If you are looking for a country club, this place is not for you. If you are looking for a place where you can work out and feel welcome, without waiting for machines, without feeling intimidated by anyone, and for an unbeatable price, look no further. They are currently having a 3 months for $99 promotion, which is a steal. If you live even remotely in the area, this place is worth checking out. It has won my heart, and the heart of many in Boulder as well.

Agree with Felix, this Gym was great and the people who run it are so incredibly kind, dedicated and awesome. The Gym has what you need to get a good work out in, stay healthy and feel comfortable doing so. I've been in all kinds or Giant Chain gyms and this place was one that I enjoyed going to the most. The staff are awesome, the clientele range in ages and everyone is welcome. They even have a little library section that you can swap and take books to read at home. The Personal Trainers are incredible and they offer a range of classes. If I ever lived in Boulder again, I would be a lifetime member!

As a guy in my early twenties I just felt old here. Everything was outdated including the building and I couldn't get over the fact that it smelled like smoke everywhere. Wasn't really what I thought a gym should be like.
