This is my home gym. Management does an amazing job with cleanliness and keeping products stocked.Great crowd. Great trainers and staff.

Not a fan of the layout here, all the machines are so crammed together and on top of it you have all the cardio users above you on the treadmills watching you from below. It’s just not a good setup and for the amount of members they have it’s impossible to be able to use any of the equipment when you want to use it. I did one day of my week trial and that was enough for me.

Don't sign up for a membership. They advertise that it's a monthly payment but when you try to cancel, they reveal that the fine print locks you in for a year. Then the only way you can cancel is if you're disabled or show a proof of lease. Also the gym equipment was so dirty in Norwalk and the music was so loud you couldn't hear your own music playing. Every location has terrible parking.

The gym is clean and has all the equipment you need for weight lifting... I wish there were more options for spinning and body pump classes at different times, so classes could be taken back to back... too many teenagers hanging out at around 4 PM

I have been a member of the Trumbull club for 5 months and I absolutely love it! I have belonged to other fitness clubs and there is absolutely no comparison! My first impression of the Trumbull club was how clean and well kept it was. My wife insisted that I get a trainer and to be honest I thought that would be a waste of my time and money. I hate to admit it but I was dead wrong. My personal trainer SayQuon is extremely motivating and goes out of his way to assist me even when I am not his client! The staff consisting of Connor, Chris, Tyler and Jack make me feel more like a friend then a client. They too will stop whatever they are doing to snswer and explain any questions I have about the equipment. I actually look forward to coming to the club to see the staff! What I really find fascinating is the clientele at the Trumbull Club. The members are friendly, complimentary and motivating. I have never been at a club this friendly!

I’ve been an Edge member for years; Fairfield and Norwalk locations are fantastic. Trumbull, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Cardio equipment is often non working, there are generally about three to four people at the front desk who rarely say hello or goodbye yet don’t seem to be doing anything else; the only people I see working routinely here-and who are always friendly-are the cleaners. They deserve raises! Rates also went up recently but they now prohibit access to a previously available studio-and I was just “reprimanded” (zero professionalism, no “I’m sorry but…”) for walking into a yoga class which had been over for 15 minutes (supposed to end at 11.20, and while the class was no longer in session, there were several people still stretching in the studio). I walked in quietly, respectfully, and put my mat well out of the way of anyone else. When I questioned the employee why I couldn’t come in after a class was over by 15 minutes, he simply stated again “you can’t enter the studio whenever there’s a class, even if it’s running over.” Meanwhile, the one common area for free weights was packed. This gym is often way overcrowded, it’s difficult to find a parking spot unless you’re here at odd hours, service (again, except for the cleaners) is lackluster at best, and after this interaction, we’ll no longer be back to this location. Definitely recommend checking out Norwalk or Fairfield over this Trumbull Edge.

“brie” the short girl who works at the counter is very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She kept trying to make me buy products i didn’t need and repeatedly said i wasn’t going to purchase. she then proceeded to body shame me claiming i am tiny because i don’t spend my hard earned money on her overpriced goods 🤬. Not at all happy with this experience if someone says no it means no

Have been going to this gym for the past 4 years , haven’t had any issues. They have recently renovated so the squat racks now are elevated which is nice . Wish it had a sauna though

Okay gym which caters to needs of lot of folks with different ages, but need to modernize/upgrade & ergonomically station them for best use, proper space management; during peak hours shows less availability despite lot of space

Over all a really good place. I joined about 3 months ago with new trainer to start.I'm 67 and over weight so need some help. SayQuan is the trainer. He's perfect, motivates, encourages, changes things up. I'm already feeling better, stronger, and losing weight slowly.I visited a couple other locations as equipment is a bit different.I actually went to Shelton first to sign up but was not comfortable with the "shady" sales process. Went to Trumbull and they were straight up. Everyone there is very friendly, always saying Hello, good bye, how are you. Good people.
