Love The Edge in Trumbull! Dylan is the best trainer...he has kicked my butt into shape over the past three months! By far the most knowledgeable trainer I've ever worked with. I highly recommend him!!

I truly Love working out @ the Trumbull Edge. You have a knowledgeable and friendly staff and the personal trainers are exceptional. Greg Nichols is one of the best trainers I've seen and is highly dedicated to his craft and helping others reach their goals.

With Gyms popping up everywhere and most people getting into healthier and more active lifestyles. The trainers at The Edge in Trumbull, are amoung some of the best I've met. Trainer Gregory Nichols was not only very patient but very involved with my workouts. Making sure I hit my milestones, stay on track, and understanding to my failures. The best trainer and more of a friend than a buisness associate. If I had to (which I do) I recommend not only the Edge, but Gregory Nichols.

Greg Nichols is my favorite personal trainer! So knowledgable and easy to work with! And the gym itself is so much cleaner and better laid out than the Shelton Edge. Trumbull has all of the equipment I need.

I spend 100 dollars for a membership to this gym and the one time I try to bring them customers on "bring a partner to the gym week" they turn us down for the reason of not having a parent signature. That's money lost on your part, if you're gonna have that rule maybe put it up somewhere so I didn't just waste my time driving to the place. The gym is lovely but some people there could be real a holes.

I train with Dylan McGregor and he's absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and very quick to respond to your questions when not working with clients. He's helped me cut over 20 pounds in 3 months. I've gained about 8-10 pounds of muscle while working with him and I'm loving the results I have. I go for a one hour sessions a week because that's all I can afford on my measly EMT wages. But if I could I'd definitely go twice a week for an hour. He will push you extremely hard because that's exactly what you need to reach your goal. So all in all 10/10 I would definitely recommend Dylan and this gym to anyone looking to change their lifestyle and become a more active and fit person.

Great Facility which offers all of the amenities of a great gym. I've never seen it too packed. Staff is nice and accommodating as well. I love the cardio cinema. Machines are new and maintained. Locker rooms and floor are always clean.

I consistently have a tremendous experience when I work out at Trumbull Edge Fitness; and my trainer, Rob Kaminski, is the reason for it. He embodies everything a personal trainer should be- he makes you feel comfortable, very knowledgeable, and knows how to push you to meet and exceed your fitness goals. I can't thank him enough for helping me. So if you want to get healthy while having fun, look no further than Rob Kaminski at Trumbull Edge.

I have been a member of the trumbull edge since it opened. When it first opened I went like 2 times in the first three months it was open. Then when I found out about the training program I started to go more regularly. Now I've had 5 trainers since I started training about three years ago. Your probably thinking either I'm a bad person trainers don't want me, or they are all bad trainers I keep leaving. Your wrong on both accounts. I stayed with my first trainer until she left the club to accept another job offer, second one left in the military, third one took a higher position in the club and left training, the fourth one moved out of state, and then I met Rob Kaminski. When Rob first started at the club, I didn't know him and was scared to start training with him. That was a big mistake. I waisted at least 3 months with a former trainer that moved and that's the biggest regret i have with the gym. When I first met Rob I was scared he would be like the rest of them. But he wasn't. With his skills and experience in nutrition, and diet, he has helped me understand why what I eat is good or bad for me. Previous trainers would just say what to eat and said it's good for you and that's it. Rob explains why certain foods are better than others and how they effect your body. Also, Rob has educated me on how different exercises work different parts of the body. He pushes me beyond what I thought my limits are in means of weight, but has really made me realize, it does not matter the weight amount, what matters is the form. Form is most important and must be mastered before increasing weight. Previous trainer before Rob, would start me on really high weight and tell me ill get better form the higher the weight. He also left me 4 workouts. And we did the same 4 workouts all the time, never changed workouts just added more weight. That got OLD QUICKLY.With Rob, we NEVER repeat the exact same workout. Rob is not only an amazing trainer, does awesome with his body building, but is also an awesome friend to help myself along with anyone else that he sees needs help better themselves. Rob is the best trainer I've had at the gym

I have trained with Eric Tucker many times. He is always positive and energetic. Gives me his undivided attention and makes me want to do better, train better, train harder and stay positive. I would recommend him as a trainer. I am better for knowing him.The edge experience has been a good one for me. I have been a member for almost two years. I have worked out in many gyms over the years and find this gym chain to be one of the best. There is always an effort to keep the place clean and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. I love that some of the facilities are onen 24 hours. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
