The value you receive from John is insane. Personally I've struggled with going to the gym with a purpose but knew I needed to work out for my sanity and energy. Me telling me to do it never worked! The structure of the work outs, the detailed path for both meals/nutrition along with hitting baby steps for me has been a huge win! Johns gym is easy to get to, to get in, and it's a safe space to be in an encouraging environment. Everyone I've met at the gym has a heart of gold! Thank you John & GYM.

This Gym, is a home away from home. I have never felt so supported before in my health and fitness goals as I do here. John is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of wellness and is always there for his clients and meets them at whatever point in their fitness journey that they are at.

My experience with fitness is that I get bored easily. I like trying new things and new trends to keep my body moving but I never see any success. Working with John, I have found a routine that I can do even with my overly busy schedule. I have someone to hold me accountable and a training plan I can follow that makes sense. I have seen steady results since joining and while it’s not flashy or immediate it is more sustainable than anything i have tried before. It’s allowed me to refocus my fitness goals toward long term health. I have more energy, my clothes fit better, and I feel good. The gym has everything I need and everyone I have met there is super supportive and friendly.

I used to have a Planet Fitness membership that I never used. I needed some motivation and saw the Facebook ad and figured I couldn’t go wrong with a trial. I was a little intimidated at first, but really became comfortable quick. Trainer John has really taught me a lot about fitness and it’s helping me work towards my goal. After just a couple of months I’ve made noticeable changes. I’m really glad I tried GYM and stuck with it!

By far the best decision I have ever made in terms of health and wellness for setting up an appointment with john when we met 6 weeks ago.Here is why I am saying that. I have never ever work it out consistently in my life. Here and there, I went to a gym and maybe lifted weights once in a blue moon. At least I used to play Football (what in USA is called Soccer) often. However, for the past 7 years I didn't play any sports, nor did I go to the gym due to injuring myself whenever I played football; this led to me becoming slower and slower as the days go by. Days changed into weeks, then months, then years. Before I even knew it, I found myself not being able to take the stairs without chest and knee pain. In the meantime, I was eating anything that is categorized as unhealthy as you can think of. I gained few pounds. however, that wasn't my biggest concern. My biggest concern was as a 32 years old man, my healthy was declining rapidly. I was on the negative side of all my poor unhealthy choices/decisions and the negative compound effects had started.As a new dad of 5 months old baby at the time (Now he is 6 months and half today), Once and for all, I decided to commit to change my life and get healthy and develop healthy habits. In my personal experience, I knew that motivation and will power is temporary feeling and they don't last that long which is why new year resolutions fail all the time. I have decided to find someone who an expert of fitness and wellness. I called couple places and we didn't connect. the 2nd day, I connected with John and we scheduled a phone session. I really liked how polite he was, and I could feel how he loves what he does. I wanted to sign up right away, but he said that we should schedule a workout session so I can check it out before I commit into anything. he said he will coach me and provide all the tools that I need to accomplish my own personal goal, but without commitment and work ethic from myside it will not happen. Honestly, that impressed me more than anything else. Here I was talking to someone who loves what does and have Integrity. He didn't just encouraged he was honest with me from that first call of what it will take to accomplish my goals.After my first session of training with him, I signed up and became a member of GYM (or as we call it, GYM family). we set up a game plan of what of Nutrition, Hydration, and workouts which based on my own PACE. He shared nutrition information that blew my mind away which is completely different than what I have ever heard or knew. That led to me learning and reading books about nutrition because I enjoy reading and learning new information. within 2 weeks, I was able to work out 3-4 days a week. My nutrition intake have changed completely. I was able to go back to playing football (soccer). I have played about 30 minutes. I didn't have any injury or pain after the game due to mobility exercises John had shared with me to do daily specially before any training exercises or playing any sports and after. week 3, I was able to work out 4 days a week and play football (soccer) for 1 hour without any pain or injuries. Week 4, I played my first 2-hour indoor football (soccer) game for more than 10 years. I felt great and I had no injuries or pain. at the same time do my 4 days a week workout session (or as John calls it Is training sessions). week 5, I had more energy than I have ever had in my life. My life has completely changed for the better. My lifestyle is different. I eat delicious meals that have the right nutrition that my body needs. I am wearing clothes that I couldn't wear for years.Thank you John for being who you are as a person and as a coach. I am grateful to you and all that you taught me for this short period of time.This is my 6th week, and I will 100% recommend to anyone who is serious about health and fitness to G.Y.M. John put together a proven program that works. but you have to do your part. If you are serious about changing your fitness health and overall wellness, this is your place.
