My pregnant wife texted that she wanted to cancel her membership after months of paying dues. Texting had become the means of communication as it seemed the best method to reach the staff. They said she needed to come in. Understandable, so she went in. Owners werenât present they said due to a family emergency. Also understandable. Sign this form they said, youâll pay this month and next. Donât love that but hey itâs Covid and they might be losing clients so, ok I can live with it. Then they charge us for another month AFTER THE NEXT. My wife was told she misunderstood. Apparently we would be paying for our membership 2 months after the month we cancelled. They would not even answer my phone calls to discuss. Unprofessional, disingenuous. Apparently they valued that extra $100 over doing ethical business.

I know the gym is a good experience BUT I joined a little over a week ago and this has been one of the best decisions I made when it comes to fitness. The staff is TREMENDOUS and is there to HELP along the way if u have any questions or concerns. If your looking to try something different then Title Boxing is it!

One of the best places to workout! The owners and the coaches make working out fun and enjoyable. I started without any prior boxing experience and the coaches walked me through everything and made me feel like I belonged. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get into a new workout routine, it's addicting!!

I absolutely love the family atmosphere and how welcome I feel when ever I enter. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and hands on. It's a judgment free zone where all are welcome to pursue personal fitness goals. I would strongly suggest trying a class It's very fun and challenging at the same time.

My husband and I moved to the area a few months ago and soon after settling in, we started at the Arden Hills Title Boxing club. We had never tried boxing before but were immediately hooked. I've never enjoyed working out before but now it's my favorite part of the day. All the trainers are great and will go over technique if you have questions.Since starting at the gym, I've gotten a lot stronger and my mental health has gotten better âșïž đȘđ„

I joined Title in January and my husband joined a few weeks later. I canât say enough good things about all the trainers and the club as a whole. I love that they offer personal training and many different classes. Everyone is so welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. We love that they offer a 5:30am class so we can get in our workout before work. I would definitely recommend trying it out for yourself!

So I got deployed during COVID and I had already previously talked to them in person about how I would go about putting my membership on hold for my deployment. At the time of my deployment they were closed so obviously with that and COVID I could not go in and talk to them about it. So I called and got it on hold and to my understanding it was to be on hold the whole time I was gone. But regardless hereâs what happened 3 months later. And instead of calling, or even responding to my emails like a professional would, they get a credit recovery services involved that apparently doesnât like the word âlawyerâ. The pictures obviously prove what happened, from the hold date of June 9, to them trying to charge me after saying it was on hold again. It wonât let me respond but I put the email name on there and it is the exact same. I also called several times in December and it was your answering machine.
