i arrived in this world an athlete. i was born into it; spent nine months gestating while my mom cross country skied, snow shoed, ran, hiked, and lifted. when you are born with the heart of an athlete, you have inside what i refer to as “pure love” for physical expression. it burns inside of you everyday: when you’re driving, your eyes wander to the horizon where you seen yourself sprinting through the terrain, gulping in cold fresh air, determined. you feel itchy and restless and grumpy when you aren’t able to exert yourself. you possess a focused need to improve, to learn, and to break through to your next best performance. and the bar always notches itself up higher when you reach it.there is no done. there is no there, there.sometimes this pure love gets twisty and turns into addiction. sometimes the pure love get pushed down and down until everything just hurts. sometimes you stop being an athlete for five years because you can’t remember the pure love, just the self loathing and never-good enoughness. and it’s killing you.one of the toughest goodbyes (i’m moving south!) is to my minnesota boxing family at Title Boxing Club in Arden Hills. the pure love was singing to me and i was afraid to try again. my body ached to move, it said, remember ? remember what we were built to do?the instructors are fantastic. yeng is my main coach: he is a very talented fighter and a really top notch coach. he was the first coach to notice that i really cared— i wanted to be a student of boxing. yeng has taught me most of everything i know about the sweet science thus far.my little fight family at title boxing reoriented me in my own body. i can’t wait to show them what i learn in texas. this sport, these people, and my coaches helped me remember the pure love.you may have heard, its for the love of the game ♥️

This facility is clean and well cared for. The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing. Most importantly, the workout itself is incredible, unlike anything you'll get anywhere else. Give it a try, it will kick your butt!

Title Boxing is the best HIIT workout in town! You are actually using a 100lb. Heavy bag. It's the best way to workout! Great members, trainers, and owners.

I would recommend the “Knockout Parkinsons Program. It’s helped me hold my own against the disease. My stamina has increased as has my physical strength. More than anything, the program has helped me feel that I am stronger in spirit and will be able to handle whatever the future holds for me.

***UPDATE 2: Not fake, owner keeps trying to have it removed.******REVIEW FROM 4/27/17 SINCE OWNER HAD POST REMOVED. FAKE RATING***In from out of town for a job interview, and brought my gloves in case relocating to the area. I box for fitness, so looked up gyms in the area. On their site advertised for free workout class. The man who was Owner / GM was rude when I came in asking how I would know a class was going on, how I would even know they're there, etc. then said I'd have to buy their stuff to try their FREE class. Left because of a negative interaction. The boxing gym I used to be a part of had friendly staff and Was about respect. If I move to the area I know where I WONT be going.
