Good gym, good machines, and staff...Expect alot of supplement shop T-shirt wearing groups taking up machines, phones and towels being left on equipment to reserve them, people with huge gym bags, no reracking, or Wi-Fi on treadmills. Try and avoid peak hours.

So far I've been there a week. Staff is much friendlier than at freedom fitness. Worked with a trainer named Nathan, strongly recommend him. It's not just business for the employees there, they really do connect with the customers. Glad I invested my money in a membership:)

I have been a member for more than five months and the gym looks a lot nicer and more organized. The employees are friendly. My experience has mostly been with David, my personal trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He really cares for his clients and in helping them reach their goals. His experience and motivation has led me to lose over 25 pounds and has gotten me stronger, both physically and mentally. He has made me do more than I thought I was capable of!!! This has been the best investment I have ever made!

$50 for a week pass! They definitely do not want business travelers here. A week at Freedom Fitness is $25.
