Ridiculous price and they get you by making you sign a contract. When they start getting competition from other gyms, they call you or text you with promotions which at the end you still end up paying an arm and a leg.

Here on a Sunday morning trying to get an early workout, but no one from the gym is here to open on time.If they don’t find that their time has value, they should understand that my time does.Gym is going from bad to worse.

Really nice gym with all the bells and whistles. The staff is really friendly and they aren't pushy about you signing up. Good selection of preworkout drinks.

When is this gym going to fix the gym bag problem ? Trying to workout in one of the benches but some guy has his bag there. He comes from across the gym where he is talking to his buddies to tell me that he is using the bench. He tells me to wait till he is done and goes back to talk to his buddies. WTF. The worst thing is that they have signs about the gym bags all over the gym and employees are walking around the gym but dont enforce it. SMH.

It has potential to be a five star gym. This is now my home gym since moving to the RGV. I've been bodybuilding and powerlifting for many years and I've traveled the world training in different gyms. I have some great ideas on how to make this gym the best Golds gym in the valley.

Equipment in a very bad condition and dirty. They don't fix some of them for month now. Always a noise inside like in a tattoo studio. Too dark inside. Too expensive in relation to other gyms. Sorry Golds gym, you have to improve

I swear we went to get a shake and the guy in front told us the blender stopped working since Tuesday and would get fixed in the morning. We looked at him awkward because he had a cup right next to him that was the exact cup we get filled with something. Don't know if he was lieing and lazy or if the machine was really messed up, but not a good look. Needs some love and attention because a lot of the machines are either ripped up or not working. Females room is still in great condition.

After a steep and steady decline in the facilities and the instructors, I decided to cancel my membership. It was a frustrating process that took about 6 months. I had to go in person to speak to a manager to quit, but a couple of weeks later, they would deduct fees from my account. I took many visits and many months to break free. It was truly infuriating.
