Broken machines never seem to be fixed or maintained, men’s restroom is always filthy with trash cans overflowing with trash, dispensers seem to always be out of soap, and the water filter light has been red for months (filter never changed out). The gym in general is dirty. You’d think this gym has been open for many years yet it’s the newest gym in Brownsville.

Changing my review from 4 stars to one star, the water from the water fountain tastes horrible, and their personal property regulations seems to change frequently.Called to request to retrieve a personal belonging of mine left in the women's locker room and front desk told me they didnt do that small miniscule request yet recently they cleaned out all the lockers and threw everything un the locker away.

Bruh, that bald dude Drew, the one they call Chivo really is the GOAT! I swear, this dude refused to lie to me about anything and he did the best he could without the operations manager there to answer any questions. 10/10 promote ahead of peers. Much better customer service from a managerial standpoint than I have had. Their Opps manager should be there more often though…

Jennica was great!! She showed us around the gym and made us feel comfortable becoming a new member. Excited to be a member at trufit.

Changing my review. When I initially signed up I gave my account number and my routing number so I could automatically be changed. The guy who signed me wrote the wrong account number. On top of that, I went to correct it, daniel told me he couldn’t update it untill the account turned red, so I paid on the spot. After I went again and a different guy said he updated it but shows I still owe. On top of that, I called to speak to jenika yesterday to get it corrected and Daniel said that he would pass her the message. I never received a call. I called a second time and Daniel said she was busy. I don’t think a customer should have to be the one on the staff to get things corrected when it was the staffs initial fault. If it’s not one thing it’s another with the staff. I think they need to be trained more and learn to be more professional.

good gym, like working out here. Although during 5pm-9pm it is too full not any room to do anything at all might as well not even go, probably exceeds maximum capacity. Cable machine next to desk for chest has been broken for months now and is a very popular machine and still hasn’t been repaired.

Jennica was amazing! Got me an account super quick and she was awesome through the whole process. Give this girl a raise!

I like that it is more available due to the recent hour changes that it's 24/7 , and jennica is the best manager I have ever met , always helping members when they are in need.

Very friendly atmosphere.The manager, Jennica was very friendly, she took the time to explain all the details for each plan and provided a tour!! Excellent customer service!!!

Miss Jennica guided me and helped me get the right membership for me. Never had a problem during the process, she well explained everything and showed me all the areas in the facility. Once I got enrolled, she made recommendations of some leg killer workouts.
