TruFit Athletic Clubs - Sunrise Mall

I came on Sunday July 30th and it was closed- mall location . I got to the gym at 830 thinking I was late and they weren’t even open. It states they open at 7am . I called and no answer or it said can’t completed as dialed. There was no update on the page or on Google of their closing or when they would open. I like this location because it’s close to home and very spacious. So what happened?

Good for the price. But they should consider extending day care hours or making them available earlier. Sundays, the best day for a parent to work out, the daycare is closed. I know the clients are already there. But extending day care hours could bring in more customers. Edit: 07/2023 daycare is in fact now open on Sundays, thanks. Now can we eliminate confusion by having the same hours for the weekend. Sat is 8-12 and Sun 12-5…. Why?

Feb 5 2023 - As a parent who’s time is always limited at the gym, how can I get the two free 3d scans for the month included in my plan without having to listen to the sales reps sales pitches? I just want to get a scan, print out my results if available and that’s it. How can I do that?

Place is very dirty. Stairmaster have chewed bubble gum where you place your drinks. I advise the team a week ago, the gums are still there. All place is really dirty

The girl at the front desk named Chrysta is very rude. If you have any questions don’t talk to her, she will either ignore you or just say she doesn’t know. I have seen her talk very rudely to other employees too, not sure what her position is at the gym but no one deserves to be yelled at.

Very new establishment and located in the old Sears store of the Sunrise Mall. The entrance can be from either FM 802 or Frontage Rd. US. 77/..

Great staff and helpful. I recommend Cindy the trainee very professional and motivates you. I like that every time I train is different workout.

Ac isn’t working properly it’s very hot and humid and very poor air circulation. Restrooms are very dirty, equipment is always broken and the gym overall looks dirty all the gym. App also keeps logging me out, so I asked for a key tag twice already & have been denied one. I don’t know if it’s under new management but it wasn’t like this before, I’ve been a member for more than a year now and seriously thinking about canceling my membership

I’ve been coming to trufit for a couple of years now and I wanted to point out how great of an experience it has been. From the friendly club members to the attention that Crystal has shown. It has been truly an amazing time. Crystal is a great leader and the club really reflects that. From the first day I joined she has been very attentive and always has shown support when it comes to any doubts I’ve had. I just wanted to highlight how great the attention and support has been from Crystal and her team.
