A week before I was Leaving college station, I spoke With an employee there Ashley, I wanted To cancel and she said there would be a cancellation fee so it would be better to just run it out and cancel on last day of my paying month, and that I could cancel over the phone. When I called To cancel, the man I spoke to said there’s no way she would say this and I was Wrong, kept saying regardless we would never cancel over phone and there’s no proof of her saying that so now I have Been charged twice. If that’s how they treat their guest I will Never return and will tell a lot of friends that have gym memberships there to cancel. Very poor
