No communication (call or email) at all. Do not know when it is back to business. Also, who will wear mask to exercise?! Has to pay monthly fee very month, ok, that's fine. Kind of supporting local business. No communication regarding whether the membership will renew, then pay $42, as automatic renewal. Had to call to cancel, and no refund for $42, even we called to cancel the membership the next day. Poor customer service, cut me off when I asked the last question.

I was given incorrect information from a manager and a staff member about a charge on my account,The owner responded professionally and in a timely manner explaining that I was given incorrect information and cleared everything up.As a fellow business owner and a former manager of several businesses I genuinely appreciate the owners reaching out to clarify. This is a good place to work out for all levels and I appreciate the care given by the ownership and the staff is very polite,I have only had one negative experience in my roughly 5 history of being a member and it was cleared up.

You can come anytime you want and workout at your own pace. And as a blackcard member the hydromassage bed is a perfect way to end your workout!

We just recently moved to Bryan and transferred from another planet fitness. I do like the use of space and how things are arranged. I would like to see heavier weights of dumbbells.

Staff is friendly. Location is clean, well equipped and very large. This is my favorite Planet Fitness location to go to.

Layout is a little wonky.If you want to ride a bike, you are forced to watch 3 shows and one of the TV's is tinted blue.Bright side: most of the TV's have CC turned on.But everything else is what you would expect at a planet fitness.

Great gym! Lots of exercise equipment to use. Memberships are awesome! Staff is nice and helpful. Good, clean, positive environment to workout in!

They keep ithe super hot! They heat it like a sauna if it's only 60 degrees out, and barely keep the air conditioner on when it's hot out! FYI management: for working out don't keep the gym like a sauna! People heat up when they work out...think about it! Keep it cool!They don't maitain the equipment well...always several broken, or not working properly...one treadmill skreeches constantly. That's just a few things...

Nothing bad to report, I'm contemplating signing up. They offer a massage bed, tanning beds and a decent assortment of free weights and machines. Im just still not crazy with the promotion of anti anything...
