This super hot gym worker I think his name was jayden helped me so much. He was so respectful and I’m new to the gym so he made sure I knew how to use everything and that I was comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I just joined the gym recently and my first impressions so far are really good. The staff was very helpful and were able to answer all my questions, especially Lauren who signed me up. She got the process done quickly and was supper nice throughout it.

Really enjoyed going to this gym! The facility was very clean and organized and had a great staff! Shoutout to Jayden who greeted us upon entering and helped show me around the facility! He made me feel super welcome and comfortable in a new place.

I workout here almost everyday in the morning and Luke is always super attentive and kind whenever I check in. You can tell these employees really care about the gym and the environment, and it’s always great to hear “have a good workout” or having someone asking about your day when you go into a place.

Been going to TruFit for 2 years now, what keeps me coming back is the environment. Not only is the gym well maintained and clean, but it also has all the facilities and weight lifting equipment that other gyms don’t offer. The staff are extremely enthusiastic and involved which helps create a great learning environment for lifters at any stage. For example I recently asked another lifter/staff member Jayden to help me fix my squat form, he critiqued my stance and helped me add another 15lbs!!!
