Not open 24/7 as advertised. Closed at 3:00 PM on Nov 24 the day before Thanksgiving as other locations were only closed on 11/25. The signs on the door the week before only stated closed Thanksgiving day and did not mention they were closing early the day before.

The staff here are super nice I usually go in the morning it’s not crowded overall the place is great and staff are amazing they always greet everyone

Employees are friendly when you come in. It’s a very nice place to work out plus the times I’ve gone it hasn’t been packed .

Working out at this facility has been the highlight of my day for some time. Unfortunately, I recently caught Covid from this place even though I sanitized my workout areas and hands all the time. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

Still a good location, some items have been removed from the floor but I enjoy the location. Still trying to find out what max oz im allowed so they don't get upset.Update- their phone number for some reason has been disconnected. I hope they fix that soonUpdate 2. 6.5.2022-they are open 24 hours again and still clean

UPDATED 4/1 PLEASE READ DISABLED VET .Thanks to Charles and Eric for handing me the info to leave this review for yuleime. I’ve been coming here outside my home gym and yulieme has not only been patient with me but she understands my disibility which is ptsd. She always greets with a smile and always makes sure to say goodbye and they goes along ways. The only thing I don’t like was the micro managing from her fellow employee which delayed me going in. I had to tell the manager three times to not engage in our conversation because it was unecessary and she was definently making me feel like I didn’t belong she started it out by saying this isn’t your home gym and when I told her I was disabled she said she knows and I told her I don’t think you do being it was my first time meeting her even tho yuleime has checked me in numerous times. Anyways I did make it inside like I have been numerous times before I just had to deal with a bully. like this place and I will continue to go won’t let the bad apple spoil the whole batch one love. UPDATE 4/1 I’m now changing my review for insisting me to use app when I clearly told you no thanks. Management plz work on listening more or atleast take some courses that will benifit you in the long run ps Charles yulieme and Eric were great. the manager she was not. very controlling in winning conversation whether it was me or employees then actually helping Me you get 1 star miss manager but this place is five stars and I will continue to support it atmosphere always clean and no negative energy. maybe later after a couple more visits I’ll give a better review
