The place is actually between 2 and 3 stars,but i will give you 3..Gym is nice,decent space and nice staff,but the locker room and the showers are a bit rundown and dirty..Also shower cabins are very small, half size of a regular PF shower cabin..

I joined because I wanted to use their training with a trainer. I was told originally that they had someone but he was getting certified. About 4 months ago I was told their trainers were taking their final exams. It's been almost a year now and now I'm told they have to hire someone . Isn't this false advertising? Yet I'm have been charged a monthly fee. I wonder if I can sue for false advertising & breech of contract... I'm looking into it.

The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because of a rude staff member. She ruined it for everyone 😛It's still consistently the best Planet Fitness out of the 3 near me (Anaheim on Katella and Euclid, buena park downtown on La Palma, and this one). I've been a member since 2010 too so I do mean consistently over all these years.
