My wife and I were thrilled with our experience at Fleet Feet Buffalo! Our young sales associate was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The 3D foot scan to help determine the proper shoe fitting is brilliant. She choose perfect sneakers for us, and we each walked out with two pairs of the most comfortable sneakers we’ve ever had. I didn’t realize there were sneakers out there this perfect. If you are buying sneakers anywhere else, you’re doing it wrong. We instantly became lifetime brand loyal customers.

I drove past a major chain store and another running store to go to Fleet Feet for your selection and service. Cody at the Buffalo store gave the most incredible customer service. The store was very busy and was closing in a hour. He asked what I was looking for, explained the number of customers in front of me but assured me I would be taken care of asap. When someone was available to help me it was Cody. As with other customers, I was treated as if I was the only customer there. Not one customer was rushed, we were all given the attention needed and Cody was a rock star-handling the high volume, close to closing, greeting every customer, helping the trainee working that day and never came across as rushed or stressed. Amazing service!!
