My wife, my mother and I all came in close to closing. Cody took his time with us, got everybody fitted, and brought out a range of different shoes for each one of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the advantages and drawbacks of each shoe.Attention to detail/customer service like that is the reason I will be coming back in the future. I left the store with a pair of Saucony Triumphs, and they’re the most comfortable shoes I’ve had in years!

This is a great store! I've gone to other shoe stores, and they usually just put you in one shoe and call it a day. Instead I got to try on several different pairs and brands--based on my foot scan--and really dial in my favorite. The first time there I purchased a pair of Hokas. I wouldn't have naturally gravitated towards them, but they were oh so comfy. Also liked that I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy add-ons, though I did get a pair of socks.I went back 7 months later to get a second pair in a new color, but I noticed a different shoe. The attendant who helped me the first time--shout out to the kind and helpful RJ!--was actually there again and said I would probably like the other pair as well. Tried them on and was immediately sold.I've gotten to the place in life where I like something and I just want to keep repurchasing it when necessary, rather than going through a bunch of research and trial/error. Thanks to the assistance I received at this store, I have my go-to sneakers for the foreseeable future :)

I rarely write reviews but I just wanted others to know. I have been saving up to go here, and I have been going back and forth with do I really need to go? Is it really worth it? My background is maybe not the best sneakers at the cheapest price available. Finding the right coupon etc. But I am getting older and really wanted some quality shoes. I thought I'd be spending a lot. But the sneakers I went with was not a rediculous amount. I even compared it to the price of Amazon and surprisingly they are the same price. But I wish I was buying from this place years ago because wow my feet feel great. The customer service is amazing - I went with a shoe fitting and a bra fitting. I have had horrible luck finding a bra I like and she even said if it doesnt work out that I can come back and exchange it which is huge because ive wasted so much $ where it feels fine at the store but when I run it starts to itch and bother me. This bra has been awesome the shoes are incredible and I actually enjoy walking/running! Make the trip it is worth it!

Great experience here!! They were super friendly and helpful, and it didn’t feel like they were just trying to get you to buy something. They have great measuring technology and you learn a lot about your feet and running style, as well as the best shoe for you. We had Cody help us, and he sat with us for a long time, bringing out tons of different shoes for us to try. I really felt like he wanted us to find shoes that would work for our feet and running styles. I would come here again and recommend to anyone looking for walking or running shoes!!!

During Covid, they recommend online appointment to make sure each customer has 30 mins in store to explore the type of shoes/gears fitting individual needs. To make an appointment, simply go to Fleet Feet Buffalo website. Although walk-ins are welcome, if the time slots you come in are booked by someone else in advance, you will not be served and need to wait for the next available slots.My experience with Laura was certainly a positive one. She ran my foot analysis and determined that I need a stability shoe due to overpronation. She was very patient helping me try out different pairs of shoes in several sizes.Since the stability shoe does not come with pretty colors, I chose Hoka Clifton 7~

Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this store. I was diagnosed with Achillies Tendonitis and needed supportive shoes. They were very knowledgeable and I am happy to have shoes that will stop my feet from getting worse. Check them out!
