The teacher was excellent. He was encouraging and motivating and pushed me to work harder. I needed that extra push to get the most of my workout.I really liked that he used our names and made it personal. I will come back the next time I'm in town.

Your workout can be adjusted to be exactly what you need. We all start from different places, and each part of the workout can be adjusted to both meet your abilities AND challenge you. The coaches are attentive in their instruction, and make sure that your form is where it should be. I have never had this much fun working out, and it shows.

Almost all of my classes have been a blast and the energy of the coach has been amazing!! The OTF classes are great workout without having to plan each day what to do in gym. Everything orange makes it look cool too. Most of coach and regular members seem to know one another which adds a personal touch to the workout. They have lotta challenges going on to keep members motivated. My home studio is NYC but I come here whenever I come to stay with my husband(~2 weeks a month). I cannot be member of studio in Buffalo and enroll classes in NYC(without paying extra, weird policy!!). I really like the 15 mins window before the next class which gives one full hour of class. It gives ample time for class to exit and for next class to come in unlike my home studio where we get 55 min of class and lotta rush to move in and out. The staff are really friendly here. I have been here past two weeks and they already know me. Quiet spacious having seen other OTF. !!

I go to the 5am classes and it's a great way to get a good workout in to start the day. All of the coaches are awesome, and I don't have to think too much, just follow along and do the planned workout for the day. Every day is something different, so there is no chance of boredom.

Just started the program a little over a month ago and I’m very impressed. I’ve spent my entire adult life exercising and staying in shape. My career in the military mandated it. Since moving on to a civilian career - I’ve struggled to find a program the keeps me engaged and keeps me lean. I found one in Orange Theory. I usually go to David’s classes - he’s great - and he keeps me energized and wanting to break personal records.
