Difficult but fun. Not too difficult in the exercise complexity but great workout. Can go at own pace but competitive with others as well.

The trainers are very motivating and the music is always on point. Even though it’s the same equipment, every workout is always different and keeps it interesting. I would never work out this hard on my own.

It was a legit intense and oddly fun workout! Everyone was super nice and welcoming and the fitness coach made the class fun. Way too expensive for my current budget but maybe in the future!

The workout is challenging. I appreciate that the coaches are patient and push me to do better. I was visiting from out of town, and attended a class at the Amherst location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I love orange theory, the work out is never the same but always effective! It is fun the music is awesome and the environment inspiring.
