I USED TO LOVE THIS GYM BUT EVER SINCE THEY FULLY REOPENED IT HAS BEEN OVERCROWDED. I ASKED STAFF WHEN WAS A GOOD TIME TO WORK OUT WITHOUT THE CROWD AND THEY TOLD ME BETWEEN WHEN THEY OPEN AND 9:30 AM. I WENT AT 8 AND STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR WEIGHTS AND A WORKOUT BENCH. IT BECAME SO FRUSTRATING THAT I LOST MOTIVATION TO WORK OUT. TODAY I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND TRY A DIFFERENT GYM.

Be careful signing up, after freezing my account with them I came back to find nearly $100 in charges and my account unfrozen without my permission. After reaching out to customer service multiple times they pretty told me too bad. Been a member with them since they opened the location, unfortunately that doesn't matter to them.
