Something is always broken always packed usually with people that spend their whole day here and walk away from what they’re using and talk with others. It’s cleaner than 24 hour. Employees talk and hangout with people while on machines stopping others from using them making the gym feel even more crowded. Employees are nice. Dudes also like to walk around and take off their shirts too which is pretty weird

Cool place

Insanely crowded. Way too many members. Every minute of the day filled to the rafters with literal children who walk around in packs of six, using a single piece of equipment for an hour and knocking into people while they’re working on other machines. Equipment that’s been broken for months. Impossible to get a good workout in unless you’re there first thing in the morning or don’t mind waiting at least ten minutes between exercises. Cheapest gym around and you get what you pay for.

I hurt my leg hiking a week ago so was worried that working with my trainer could strain my knee. Instead, guided by Gregor I had an awsome workout and felt like I was floating when I walked out! I had the least pain in a week and that wonderful relief lasted the whole day. These people know what they’re doing

Always clean and the staff are friendly, however some of the machines have been broken for months now. Based on some other reviews and some conversations in the gym, it seems that management has not been very forthcoming with information on getting these fixed to members or even their own staff. They also just raised rates, which on its own isn't unexpected, but rasing rates while multiple machines are broken with no fixes in sight feels off. Overall a positive gym, but machine upkeep is lacking.

They oversold. It's crowded. Long wait for everything, even early in the morning. And the music is ridiculously loud.

This place is getting insanely crowded and the number of available strength machines and free weights have severely diminished. Seems like even if you arrive alittle before closing or right when they open in the morning you will still struggle to get an efficient workout in with how busy it is.I would pay extra if they would just extend their hours or invest in additional machines. The staff is nice and they seem to do a good job with keeping the place clean so gave an extra star rating for that. However due to the crowd, overall, would not recommend👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I really don’t want to write a review like this, because the staff is typically great and the environment is friendly - but the management is fairly bad. For at three months, at least 3 machines have been broken, which is fine, that happens. Then a monthly price increase came at the beginning of the new year - again, not a big deal ($3 more per month) the issue is that management has no interest in fixing the machines, and is blatantly ignoring both members and employees alike on the subject. I have had multiple requests to talk with a a manager about when things will be fixed deleted from their system, saying that I was talked to, which never happened. When asking staff about the situation, they informed me that they have been left in the dark about it. I like the gym, but if you aren’t a fan of bad customer service and management, you should find another gym.Update: while I “appreciate” Blink corporate’s hollow attempt at an apology below, I would prefer them actually doing something about the issue for their customers and employees alike. Thanks Blink management!
