I’ve been a member at Orangetheory for about 4 years and have only positive things to say about it. The coaches are amazing and inspiring, the workouts are diverse and interesting and the community and space are excellent as well. I am a longtime runner and have tried many full-body workout options to keep me in all-around shape and balanced for running- this is my favorite, by far! I feel so much stronger now and have gained that strength gradually, without ever getting injured, thanks to the experienced coaches who are so careful in guiding through exercises and quick to answer any questions or give options for modifications. So grateful to have Orangetheory here!

OTF really pulled me out of a scary place in my life in regards to my health. I started 1-2 days a week, really feeling self conscious and awkward; I now go 4-5 times a week and every time it’s a new adventure. The friends I’ve made at OTF (and brought with me), the folks at the front desk, and coaches are my motivation to keep striving to be the best I can be. It really is a family; that’s not just hyperbole.

I have been going to Orange Theory "on-and-off" (like 1-2 yrs on and 1-2 yrs off) for a while and OT *is amazing*. The improvement in cardio capacity, recovery, and running speed is exceptionally noticable and I have not been able to replicate it outside of OT. Friends who have not seen gains in these areas, see gains here. This place is worth it. The trainers in Burlington are also Amazing. Nikki has won awards and very clearly deserves them.

All of the instructors are great! Really enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and they motivate you all the way. The front desk staff helpful and friendly. Truly the best workout - I look forward to each class!

OTF is the most worthwhile monthly subscription I pay for. I went from running about 2mi every few days to running about 2mi every class it without even realizing it! Not only do you get top-notch coaches who help improve your form and hold you accountable, but also a supportive community who welcomes everyone as they are. I've tried personal training, gym memberships, self-training - this is by far my favorite. I cannot recommend OTF enough, I'm a total convert!
