I love OTF Burlington! The workouts are challenging but rewarding and you really see the results. Every workout is adaptable to your ability level and it is truly a space where all are welcome and celebrated. The coaches are inspiring and encouraging. I leave every class feeling uplifted by the great community and drench from sweating it out. Every class is different so you won’t get bored!

I love this gym! The workouts are fast paced so you are always moving and burning calories. I love that we switch stations so we don't get bored and work on different muscle groups. I love that the music is cranked up and upbeat! I love the trainers because they are friendly, motivate you and teach you if they see you are doing something incorrectly. I love that they give you a shout out when you are working hard - it's encouraging. I love the smaller sized classes these days too. I know it's not ideal for the company's bottom line, but I prefer smaller classes. I also like the 45 minute classes because I still get my splats points in and it saves me time during my busy day. (I still need to try a 30 min. run/row class!) I also love the technology aspect at OT - from the app to schedule/cancel classes easily to the heart rate monitor and system tracking our stats. I've burned over 70,000 calories since I started here a couple years ago- amazing! Thank you!

At Orangetheory Fitness coaches are always encouraging you throughout class to do your best and maybe push a little more. It may sound silly, but when the coaches call out your name for doing great form or noticing that your pace is just a little higher than usual, it makes you feel confident. The experience as a whole makes you feel like you can always push a little more. I have a demanding job that requires me to stay in shape, yet Orangetheory Fitness encourages me to workout not just for what my job might throw at me but to workout for myself so I feel mental and physically stronger!

The trainers are simply amazing and always motivate you to push yourself harder than you think you can. The variety of workouts makes it a completely new workout every time you go and keeps it from becoming a dull, boring routine. The front desk staff are welcoming when you walk in the door and have a smile on their face, even at 5:00 AM! It's the best!

I have really enjoyed the OrangeTheory Workouts. The combination of active monitoring on how you are doing on the screens, combined with the variety of exercises keeps it interesting. Also, keep in mind I hate working out, but since November of 2018 have been going 3-4 times a week. The coaches are all super friendly and the front staff is great.A little bit about the workout. It is great for any fitness level as it's a go at your own pace type of environment with options to substitute any exercises a person might not be able to do for whatever reason. It is definitely geared towards weight loss and improving your cardio. If you are looking for something more focused on building muscle this is probably not the right workout for you. That being said you can try out one class for free and as of writing this a second class for $12.

I like having the heart rate monitors and being able to see my progress. I love the after burn! The music is great. There's diversity in the workouts. We not only do cardio but weights which helps with toning as well as losing weight. Having the guides for the exercises are super helpful. I like the variety and how positive every one is. It keeps me coming back for more.

Just wanted to extend public thanks and recs to the Burlington OT crew. I've long been a runner. It is a gift to be exposed to an approach that cares for all of me with cardiovascular fitness, strength, and form in mind. The coaches are so kind and knowledgeable.I have a lot to learn and it feels great.OT is a perfect balance to my ongoing weekend runs. (I even wear the HR monitor on my runs now to make sure I am aiming for cardio balance.)I work with my patients on wellness goals all the time. It is a gift to find a program that meets mine.Thank you, Burlington OT!

I love the workouts at Orangetheory fitness. The classes are challenging to everyone's fitness level and they provide motivation and a workout plan that can fit into a busy schedule with multiple convenient class times. I find that I'm able to stay consistent with my workouts and I am able to push myself much harder with the coaches than I would on my own.

OTF is always such a fun, challenging and dynamic workout. I love that the workouts are always fresh. The front staff and coaches are friendly and attentive and create a great environment. I especially love Coach Lea who is funny and helpful and will challenge you to get the most out of your workout. I love walking out of class and feeling exhausted knowing that I got a full body workout.
