I was a rower in college and joined OTF 3 years ago primary for the rowing. I never saw myself as a runner and at first was nervous about all the running, but OTF has helped me to increase my stamina, my pace, and my confidence! I particularly like that I can schedule my classes ahead of time and can even participate in other OTF gyms while traveling. Thank you OTF/Burlington for being so welcoming and supportive!

Amazing workouts for someone who needs great structure! I’ve been to tons of OTF locations across the country and the coaches at BTV are some of the best. The studio team is hands down the friendliest out there!!

I wish there were an option to give OTF Burlington more than 5 stars because I genuinely love it so much. I've been a member since January 2022 and ever since joining have tremendously improved my functional fitness and re-built a positive relationship with exercise, nutrition, and overall wellness. Besides the diverse, fun, and challenging (but doable) workouts--the community is truly what keeps me coming back everyday.Whether it's your first class or 500th class--you can anticipate kindness and proactivity from the sales associates at the front desk. I always appreciate how they go the extra mile to make folks feel like they matter, their agility when it comes to troubleshooting on the fly, and the fact that they always keep the space clean and tidy. The members are awesome: it's so easy to strike up a conversation with someone new, and every workout ends with a general acknowledgement to your workout 'neighbors'. I absolutely love my 5AM crew and am always motivated by how each person puts in their best effort (whatever that looks like for them individually) during class. And finally, the coaching team here is PHENOMENAL. These coaches are pros giving individualized feedback that is inviting and uplifting, clearly guiding classes and making exercises accessible, and (most importantly in my opinion) creating a genuinely fun atmosphere to be a part of. I take classes with each of the coaches at this studio, and after every class (and after catching my breath) I leave satisfied knowing that I was given the structure, support, and music (shoutout to Coach Emily who consistently plays the best music!) to give my all.Extremely special acknowledgement to Head Coach Nikki for always finding a new way to inspire our community during workouts. A few months ago--we had a particularly challenging endurance-focused run on the treadmills. We were nearing the end of the class and I really felt like I had no more left to give. It was also very evident that my neighbors and others members were feeling similarly. Coach Nikki (as she always does) read the room perfectly, and over her mic cheered: "I know y'all are tired. And I know this is challenging. But remember: if the path you're on is not challenging you, you are not on the right path. This is your moment and you CAN finish what you started!" Her saying this immediately re-energized the room. To be a part of this community is to know that you will have consistent and devoted coaching team beside you--and they will always remind you of the incredible things your body is capable of doing.If you've ever contemplated giving OTF Burlington a try, but have particular reason(s) that may have stopped you in the past, my advice is simple: sometimes the thing you are afraid to do could be the thing that changes everything -- like it did for me.Joining OTF Burlington has been one of the highlights of my year, and I am so honored to give this heartfelt review to this extremely well-deserving studio and team!BG

OTF has brought so much joy to my life! I started going just for the workout, then ended up finding such a great, supportive community. The coaches push you to the next level, the staff is really welcoming, and the members care about you being there. This place keeps me fit AND keeps me sane!

This first gym I've managed to make a part of my routine. I've been going go to consistently for a year. The trainers and staff are friendly, and their energy is infectious.I'm a CrossFit refugee who had a routine of going, getting injured, losing all my progress ad starting over. I haven't had that problem here. The workouts are good, varied, and keep me pushing myself without the injuries.

Orangetheory Burlington is the best high intensity and high efficiency workout complimented by top notch coaches who will inspire and keep you motivated to work hard. I love that all you have to do is show up and enjoy the energy under the orange lights and pumping music! The hardest thing is not going to take a rest day!

Where to start? How about individualized attention every day and every time? High energy and very supportive coaches! A manager who calls back and listens to client concerns and leaves kind sticky notes! I was out of town for a couple of weeks and they called to make sure I was OK! They noticed one out of the hundreds who was not showing up.Chris, Emma, Nikki, Emily, Heather, Devon, Tierra (she’s new and still great) the list goes on of the dedicated staff and coaches who ensure you stay motivated and encouraged.Thank you all for being you and being great!

Orange theory is honestly the place I look forward to going every day. You get to know and love the people that go the time you do you do everyday and the community so amazing. Not only is the workout intense (but has opportunity for modifications at any level or if recovering from an injury) but the coaches are so positive and truly help you grow. I cannot recommend Orange Theory enough to anyone who is on the fence about it. Between the theme days (crazy sock day for ex.) or the benchmark days (1 mile run for ex.) this fitness studio is unlike any other. There is definitely a reason so many people are addicted. Myself included.

Since joining OTF I have lost weight, gained muscle and lots of energy. I love that I can just show up and the coaches guide us through challenging but fun exercises. Classes just fly by! The workouts are different every class, are never boring and can be modified to suit anyone’s needs. I have never been a big fan of exercise but I actually look forward to class and I always leave tired but energized!
