Very unprofessional. I have sent them a message on their Facebook messenger and asked questions and they saw the Messages but no one responded.I signed up for swimming classes for my son and the instructor was just sitting on the side of the pool and asking a 4 year old to practice exercises. I don’t know swimming and I can’t show my son what he is expecting do, he will learn better when you show him the moves but sitting on the side of the pool doesn’t teach him anything. Very disappointed .And then this vaccination requirement makes it even more unattractive.I started using YMCA, they are a little farther from my house but at least don’t have to deal with vaccination requirement, with instructors who don’t want to get in the water to teach kids and do their job that they are paid for! Thanks, but will not return to them!

I've been using the edge to swim. The staff is extremely nice and competent. They clean the place very well in between usages. I think they have a great system.

Nice fitness center. Practicing social distancing well right now, limited people in workout room. I usually go for the tennis courts.

Too expensive for how dated the equipment is. I wanted to swim there, but the pool area has a lot of families with their children so you wait forever to get a lane. The hot tub isn't commercial. UPDATE: What the Eastwood Edge lacks in current equipment is entirely made up for by their wonderful customer service. The people who work there are genuinely nice to the members.

The roof leaks, the equipment is old, there is tape holding up safety pads, stained carpets, basketball rim is broken. It's overall very depressing. Feels like an under funded retirement home. You are required to bring your own basketball despite higher than average membership dues. Please fix the rim, its a joke.

We came to play basketball. One of the kids did not have a waiver on file even though he has been there for multiple birthday parties. As I was trying to get the waiver sent from his father, my son had an outburst about how long this was taking and the manager said “that’s it. You have to leave”. Just like that! I had 7 boys wanting to play basketball! We are paying money every month and then to be turned away because we didn’t have a waiver and my son expressed impatience. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with the edge.

Great place to work out. More limited in equipment than other locations but the pool in S. Burlington is extremely convenient.
