I'm not sure why there are so many complaints. The staff is not what I would call friendly but I couldn't call them rude either. I like this location because of the cleanliness and equipment. I always see someone cleaning the place and the equipment is well maintained.

I am canceling my membership. I rather pay more and not have to deal with the nonsense that goes on in this gym. Women standing in front of the locker room entrance so that people can't get through.The same women being aggressive and staff sits there looking stupid as usual. When you have a problem and report it to staff.......Don't expect action from them. People just there to stare at other people workout....sitting there judging others who are trying to get in shape. It's should be called the judgement zone!

not bad for a planet fitness. there are only a few things that I'm not happy about (comparing to other planet fitness locations). Staff at this location usually isn't super friendly, they just really don't seem to care. there isn't one of the nice a water bottle fillers (just the basic drinking fountain). In the evenings there's some trainer (not associated with pf) who takes up two full rows of treadmills with his clients.

There they are many thieves stole my me my phone and did not give me the best care when my friend went also they stole a bottle of water. These stupid is a bottle of water and another person opened his locker and stole $300.00 dollar . I would not recommend to anyone.

I belong to a philly gym but I go to this one with my man. It's okay but I notice that they say this is s judgement free zone but it isn't really after I read some of the comments about being called s fat this is why I'm at the gym to lose weight, it's not my social time to look sexy after being all sweaty and all.For you guys that are misguided about that check yourself.I don't want to have a good time working out,I am here to burn calories and keep my sugars down

The gym isn't bad, but these stars go to the black guy who works at night, just seen this white guy get so ghetto I had to put up a review. I work out sometime with my friend also I am not a fan of the paper work we have to sign now to be guest that was a big time waste, but this guy came in mad about the rules the worker was trying his best to be polite and tell the guy he has to speak to his manager first all while the guy is literally saying I'll f you up. To take that verbal abuse and not jump over the desk took heart.

I am reading some of these reviews and literally laughing out loud..."I put a towel on it and walked away"...lmao!!!! Who does this??? Seriously though, I absolutely love this place! It is clean, the staff and fellow gym-goers are super friendly and it is a great place for fitness newbies and veterans alike. The 30-minute work out room is a great place to begin your fitness journey without feeling like you're out of place or confused about where to start.For the small monthly fee, you really do get a big bang for your buck. There are tanning booths, red light therapy booths, personal training and my personal favorite...massage beds!I lost just under 40lbs within 5 months of going there and have never been in better physical shape in my entire life. I actually had such great results that I am now studying to take the ACSM personal trainers certificate exam in hopes to help others.It seems like most of the negative reviews are from people who lack accountability and believe they deserve special treatment because they shell out $10 or $20 once a month. Get over yourselves! And not for nothing, but if you can't handle writing a letter of cancellation, slapping a stamp on it and tossing it in the mailbox, you should probably just quit at life because it doesn't get more simpler than that;D

I travel a lot and go to PF all over. Staff is very unfriendly and very unprofessional at this location. Makes you wonder if Planet Fitness just hires anyone.

like it. You get a real value for what you pay.I tried many gym arround the area love Pfalways clean. try to avoid rush hours

wtf, if you want to cancel your membership:You cant do it onlineYou cant do it on the phoneYou have to go in person or send a letter.WHAT?!I have been getting charged for over a year thinking i cancelled the membership when i switched my debit cards but i was wrong.Its December 2014 and you do not have a way to cancel it any other way but to send a letter in since i moved to another state.
