Before vivid this was my favorite planet fitness.but the new staff isn't that on the ball. Because of disability I am only able to use 1 piece of cardio equipment. If 50% are not in use due to covid and 1 of the only 2 machines left breaks is it better off to hang an out of order sign on it or switch with one of the fitness distancing machines left?

I visit everyother day never have an issue The lady at the front desk had 2 people a head of me checking in. And helping them. So I ran to the bathroom to pee and she comes and stands in front of my stall telling me I have to check in first and blah blah blah... it was very unprofessional and wierd.

Pretty well equipped. The staff is helpful. A medium busy on the weekends, you may have to wait only a few mins for equipment. Clean and a respectful crowd too.

Staff are non friendly and the workers don't speak all the time..you have to be friendly first.A female worker rush and threatned to lock me up in the gym bc they was about to close in two minutes.she was so unprofessional and when I told the manager he brusged it off and did not do anything .The woman denied she said anything to me and continue to argue with me. I been a member since 2012 .I visited everywhere in the city this is the first time I been treated badly by staff at this particular gym.I will proceed to another manager to get this situation resolved.

A great center for a reasonable price per month. The staff is friendly and helpful and everything is clean with plenty of machines. Love the water massage beds and massage chairs you get access to for only 23$ a month.

Truly happy I rejoined the gym. The staff was friendly and amazing and helped me finish signing up and showed me how to operate the contactless check-in. Since the remodel the women's locker room has been kept immaculate. That's a plus!

So I workout late, and I make every Effort to get to the gym as quickly as I can. However, I can't get there any sooner then 9pm. They close at 10. But now they just THREATENED my membership because I want to work out until 10. 9:55 Now everyone has to stop. When I signed up this was a 24 Hour Gym... Now its not even worth it because they refuse to switch back to 24 hours. When Will Planet fitness Cooperate step to the plate and make these franchisees conform... Planet Fitness used to be the place where "PF works around your fitness" Now they threaten your membership when you want to stay till the time posted on the door.

I run 4 days of week on treadmill.This is my home gym. The morning opener is so polite and sweet say Good morning and See ya guys on the way out...The atmosphere is welcoming and feels safe. I go to other pfs they don't feel welcoming so i always come back home 🤗 …

Equipment needs updating ...some members are slobs. ...Cell phone conversations on speaker phones. Members need a course in gym etiquette. People occupy multiple machines and benches when gym has other members working out... some members think it's their basement work out equipment and use multiple weights and machines during peak workout times.....Most of the staff are very welcoming and extremely friendly. Always greet you with a smile !

First day back in the gym. From Rona messing up everything. It was very clean and every patron was freat . wearing mask and cleaning the machines after they got done. It felt good.
