Came in for a membership and left without. It looked clean, only about 3 people working out from what I saw and plenty of equipment. I really thought I'd like it, however I was told I needed to provide my bank account number, routing number AND separate credit card information. I'm uncomfortable with giving that much personal info to a company for $10/month gym subscription. I offered either my bank acct info or my credit card but not both. Nope, wouldn't allow that 😔. Ok, so I offered to pay upfront for year. Said they couldn't accept that either 😒. Now I'm suspicious. What's the reason a company wants personal information over the money for their service. Very disappointing in the end.

Great place! I miss the two different kinds of back stretching machines. But the benches have returned to the locker rooms. The border on the walls is finally there and looks good. I do wish the stretching area was bigger and moved somewhere. Overall, plenty of cardio machines and all. I like going there.

Been a black card member for 3 years and just cancelled my membership. Was told I’m too loud while I was deadlifting. I didn’t set off the alarm or drop the weight. There was no one around me either. Some staff member just took it upon himself to “warn” me. I immediately cancelled my membership and joined 24/7 Mt. Ephraim Fitness down the street. PF is ridiculous anymore.

The Brooklawn gym is conveniently located near my daughter's job. I had to get used to the layout, but it soon felt like home. I like the open floor plan, especially in the bathroom. Learning how to use the stretch apparatus. I don't call it a machine. It's more like monkey bars for adults. The equipment is newer and the gym is immaculate.

Since recovering from Covid, I've been working harder to take better care of myself. Part of that is going to the gym, and I've been a member of this Planet Fitness since they opened, but only in the last few months have I been going regularly.The place is clean, bright, and friendly. The machines are well maintained and are fixed quickly when notified they are broken.The members are friendly and respectful. We all wipe down the machines when finished with them.I enjoy going to the gym, and now that it's getting colder outside, I've been going more and more, as I walk the park less and less.

I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the gym to be cleaned regularly and it is a safe feeling environment. All the people in the gym keep to themselves and don't engage in unwanted interactions. I hope P.F. stays in Brooklawn.

I am not a fan of this gym. There equipment is fine and everything is clean, but they keep trying to get me to download and app I do not want. They claim I need it order to attend there gym.I pay money to have access to these machines, and I do not want a phone app that tracks me.I was more than happy to give my phone number at the front desk which I had been doing for months, but one day the person behind the desk kept forcing it. After telling them no for the 3rd time we started to get annoyed and the owner yelled at my wife threatening to cancel our membership.This is a gym, not a store I don't want to be sold to. I do not want to haggle or to argue. I pay money to have access to this place and they take it if I go or not. I should not have to have a debate at the front door as to why i don't want an app that tracks me. We called there bluff and will happily spend our money at another gym.

This is a decent gym with everything you need. It is very clean and well kept every time I’m there. Staff is always friendly. The machines and water fountain are on the older side, but it doesn’t really make a huge difference. You have to bring a padlock because the lockers are also older than the other PFs in the area. The parking lot is horrifying and I always risk my life to be there, but that’s out of their control.

Glad to see the gym is open in New Jersey since I can’t go to the one in south Philly place is nice and clean
