Great space! Knowledgeable and friendly instructors. This was my 2nd time dropping in and it was easy while getting a good workout! The programming and style is fairly similar to my box. Thank you, TrueFitness! I’ll be back!

Great community. Trainers are there to explain and educate before pushing you to a limit of higher intensity. Really enjoy the workouts with other members and how the group pushes each other. As a former pro athlete I find the workouts really challenging! And at the same time there's a level of variation for all to get an appropriate level workout. Highly recommend True Fitness, take the first step and show up to a workout with this group!
