Doug was very helpful and up front about certain equipment not in stock and the time it may take to come in. That being said he was open to explain all the models in store. He explained the differences about each treadmill and left it up to us if that difference was important.The delivery and setup was on time. The setup staff was mindful of our home and cleanup and took all trash.I would highly recommend and purchase future equipment from Doug.

Joel Parks showed me FANTASTIC SERVICE and I will never go anywhere else. He found everything I wanted to buy, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about every piece of equipment. Highly recommend this place!

So glad my wife found this place, we both workout daily and when they shut the gyms down for the Covid19 we scrambled to find a solution- She called and asked about treadmills and they had them in stock ( everyone else was sold out) so we went to the store and met Doug( super nice guy) he showed us around and my wife found her treadmill- they had it delivered and set up less than 24hrs later, we also purchased a Inspire FT2 and some rubber flooring to Build a gym in our home- Doug treated us very professional and had ALL the answers to our questions- we have since been back to purchase more equipment and got the same professional service - I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase equipment- we will never go anywhere else - thumbs up and a special thanks to Doug for all he did for us... definitely 5+ stars —Andy&Rachel Tomcsik
