We have always had great luck with this place, but this recent purchase was an absolute disaster. It took almost a month to get our elliptical working. According to service rep, the delivery department smashed the wiring harness on our elliptical while setting it up, causing a several week delay and several service calls to get it fixed. Delivery reps also saw we owned cats, and left door open, so we were stuck several hours trying to catch our cats outside. Service finally got it fixed, and nobody showed us how to use it and we were sent a users manual for a treadmill, not the elliptical we owned. It was just a lot of headaches. The sales staff was awesome, service was great with trying to get it repaired, but it was a lot of headaches this go around

I would highly recommend this place when it comes to shopping for your fitness equipment. I also can't say enough good things about the manager Doug. He genuinely wanted to see that I bought the equipment that best met my needs even if it was less expensive than what I was looking at.In the end I bought a great setup with a Precor Elliptical and Treadmill along with an Inspire M3 gym and rubber matting. Will I shop here again? Absolutely I will... Thanks Doug for your help.

Doug was very informative to us on what equipment would suit our needs best. He never rushed us or just tried to sell us equipment. He genuinely cared about our health and fitness as we were setting up our own home exercise area in our home. I would recommend Doug and this store highly.

I recently purchased two spin bikes, a Smith machine and some free weights. The store manager Doug was very helpful. He demonstrated various pieces of equipment and helped me and my wife make an informed purchase.I was very happy with the home installation. The guys knew the equipment well and were very efficient.The added benefit of having in home service if ever needed also gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Doug and his team.

We recently purchased a Hoist Mi5 and rubber flooring. Doug who is a certified trainer, was a great help in advising us on what equipment to buy based on our goals. After getting everything setup, we went back up to the store and Doug showed us how to use proper form in doing our workouts and how to us the Hoist app. Happy with our purchase and professional sales support.
