I never have been into the store, I called for a simple question, and the manager, Doug was SO RUDE and said these exact words "I cannot talk to you right now I am too busy " excuse me? You NEVER say that to a potential customer or any CUSTOMER, he should have said "I am currently taking care of a customer on the sales floor, if you would like I can take a call back number or have you on hold for a few moments, would that be okay with you"? I would have gladly given him my number to call me back but because of his repulsive tone, unprofessional choice of words, and poor customer service I REFUSE to EVER give this person or store the time of day. Sorry Doug, if you hate your job so much and cannot handle taking a phone call, crawl into a hole and stay there because us hardworking people that actually CARE about helping others would love to get paid to talk with others and answer SIMPLE questions.

Doug is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Not only did he get our family into the right personal gym, he also designed a workout routine for our son and took the time to demonstrate the various exercises to us on two different days!
