This is almost a perfect gym. The Tallmadge gym needs a third or fourth smith machine with more weights, a second set of cable machines for cable crossovers, and a standing kick back glute machine as a second glute machine. Honestly, this gym needs to expand, the Goodwill location next door needs to be shut down and moved down to another retail space at the plaza to allow space for the Planet Fitness to expand.

I would recommend singing up elsewhere. They charge your account randomly, and if you don’t have money when they decided to charge, it adds fees. It adds fees everytime it fails to charge you. And it adds up and they will continue to attempt to charge you until they can quickly grab the money out of your account.

Great environment, all equipment is in good condition, helpful and kind staff. Showers are great for all sizes, the hot water is fantastic after a workout. Thanks PF you all have helped me fight against my Poly arthralgia myalgia, and the hydro Beds are amazing. I just wish i could use them longer than 7 minutes, they help my condition more than anything has! Some changes are being made...

I love this place. It’s easy to get to. Even when they’re busy it’s not overly crowded. People seem friendly in the are. I can’t wait to see the new black card spa!

This gym has a lot of great equipment...The stretch benches are awesome! Staff is always friendly n helpful. The only disappointment for me was when they upped for new ellipticals smh They are awful... they don't have a freeflow rotation like traditional ellipticals- these actually hurt my hips and are uncomfortable for me to use. So I go to other PFs in the area and use their ellipticals. Love the water massage tables, definitely a must, at least once, for me every workout. Love utilizing the tanning beds too.

It's not that I disliked it but they need more massage beds. Went there this time only to use the bed and waited for 15 minutes until it was available until I realized I was going to miss my appointment if i waited any longer and had to leave.

I went one time for a daily pass with my friend and the next month realized they charged for the month... So I called to ask why I'm getting charged and the kid who answered hung up on me before I could even ask why I was getting charged. I went into the building to cancel my "membership" and the young boy dismissed me saying he would cancel it. Not even 2 weeks after I got charged for the month and a week after I went in trying to cancel it in person they charged me 40 something dollars for the yearly charge... I called again two more time and both time they hung up on me. Im still getting charged and can't get someone to listen long enough to cancel it for me. Worse service ever.

The girl who works midnight shift here is extremely disrespectful. She doesn’t even greet you when you come in, just stares at her phone. I’ve also witnessed 3 people standing in line waiting for help while she was off talking to friends or walking on the treadmill. That specific night one of the people who were waiting had to go tell her that people up front needed assistance. These are just a few examples of the issues I’ve seen with her, there are plenty more.

I enjoy the time I spend at Planet Fitness. They have a wide variety of equipment, courteous employees, and a clean club. Not too crowded during the time that I go and I like that just fine as we are winding down the pandemic.

Great place to work out, tanning beds are over used and bulbs not replaced frequently enough to get any legitimately noticable color to be worth the time or effort. The price is good for a legit place to go workout. Not to tan unfortunately
